Long delivery time of 10 days because first my bra goes to Dublin from China and then Ortorex send it to my home by post.
Your website is Ortorex.ie which means Ireland and not another country. So it is not an Irish store.
My 2 post-op bras with breast implant stabilizer turned out TOO SMALL for 10 cm and 14 cm - I chose size S which should have 77 cm under bust - this is according to the size chart. They send Chinese size and not standard UK/EU size....
Beige color, I have 67 cm and black color, I have 64 cm under bust!!!
I wasted time and money and customer service did not reply to my email regarding the bras being too small....also the contact no is polish +48...
Waiting for New True size Bra or refund!!!

I regretted didn't seem the reviews before, bought 2 pairs of shoes that were supposed to be orthopedic. Very bad quality, EVA sole, not comfortable and too small for the size. It was dropshipping, took 10 days to arrive.

Ordered 2 orthopedic pillows online maybe 7 days ago one of them has arrived today and according to the tracker the other one will be here tommorow. Very happy with products I purchased so far.

There is nothing orthopedic about this company. Cheap tat. Do NOT purchase.

I am angry at myself for trusting the reviews on the Ortorex website and not looking at trust pilot before purchasing , in a nut shell they buy items that are available on Temu and sell them at 4 times the price, the shipping takes an age and the Ortorex name is seriously misleading as there does not seem to be any Orthopedics involved. anyway for what it's worth I will not be using their services , hope you read this review before purchasing :-(

They have fake reviews on their website. They're likely lying about the price reductions, the number of products bought 'in the last month' and everything they could lie about!

Same product for sale on temu for €1.76 so buyer beware

I have ordered few pair of shoes, advertised as orthopedic on their website. After 1 hour I found these exact shoes on Temu - they even used the exactly same pictures! So as it turned out, they are cheap items sold in drop shipping style from China and have nothing to do with orthopedic shoes! That basically means when you place an order, they place an order in your name at Temu, Aliexpress etc. and get it sent to you, of course charging you more that these items cost on Temu.
After realising that, I emailed them and told them I want to cancel the order. Mind you, their website claims you can cancel your order within 24 hours - I did it after ONE HOUR.
They replied - which means they saw the message, then they claimed they issued a cancellation, and all of a sudden I'm getting emails about order having been shipped!!!
I opened a dispute with PayPal and if that doesn't help to get my money back, I will contact the bank and go through with a chargeback procedure.
Stay away from these cheap Chinese items advertised as orthopedic and/or medical!
Also, like somebody mentioned, all their good reviews are fake.

Wrote a review earlier today...ordered child safety hand linkage for a friend on 13 th January and still hadn't arrived...so read the reviews and thought I'd been had ... again... another badass online company. And wrote a review slating them .....
But....lo and behold , as , when I just now went out to my porch there it was on the ground as ordered. ..took best part of two weeks ..but it arrived... thanks ortorex. .. for me it was an ok experience in the end 👍🤗

Completely agree with the other reviewers. Total scammer! Not sure why they're allowed to operate in Europe!

The product is nothing close to what they show on the website. All the positive reviews on their site seems fake with filtered photos. Return is very difficult and at your own cost to send those cheap worthless products all the way to Poland.

Not a good experience with this company. Three items ordered. Two items were delivered and they are only OK, and not as amazing as reviews on the website suggests and for the price paid. Oddly there are only positive reviews on their website and any actual reviews sent in by real customers are not published. Unfortunately I didn't review this company properly before ordering.
We are now out of pocket for the third item which was sent back to China after failed delivery as they hadn't put sufficient contact details on the package. Ortorex were very unhelpful when we reported the problem. That item has now been received by the supplier in China and no sign of a redelivery as promised by Ortorex. Ortorex are refusing to give us a full refund for the missing item.
Avoid this company, products appear better quality on the website than in real life and if you have any problems they won't refund you or provide any useful assistance

Orde a knee brace the item that arrived did not match photos and is utterly useless. Their website is filled with what must be fake glowing reviews. Emailed them got no reply. Pisted a bad review it has not appeared on their site.

Made an order and unfortunately looked at trust pilot afterwards. Then cancelled order as it says you can within 24 hours. Got a refund email saying it was processed but no sign 2 weeks later. When I email they now say there is some issue even though they said the refund was processed 2 weeks ago. I have had to cancel my card as they now have my details.

Ordered before Christmas. No delivery as of mid January. No update. Contacted Ortorex and they emailed to say item was returned. Have requested a refund. Nothing yet. Stay clear of this company. It's a sham.

I didn’t order from the website but before Christmas 3 parcels arrived with Ortorex,our address & eircode on. I was expecting a parcel same day opened it up & it was someone returning items. The return address on this website is our home address. I have tried ringing to no avail & have sent an email. We have had more parcels yesterday & today. Not happy at all

Var lidt bekymret over anmeldelserne på Trust pilot.men jeg havde bestilt 2 par indlægs såler, og må sige jeg blev positivt overrasket. De er meget fine, og blev leveret rimelig hurtigt. Så en god oplevelse herfra

I ordered an item on the 21st of December and paid for it.
I has not arrived despite the courier, Fastway, stating that they delivered the item to me on the 31st of December. I was at home all day, but nothing arrived.
It seems to be impossible to get in touch with Ortorex and I am wondering if this is a fraudulent set up and not a real company.
I will report Ortorex to trading standards and the Consumer Rights Commission and see what can be done about their money-grabbing behaviour.

I am updating a review, which I gave Ortorex on the 27th December last. At that time, I had not received my order from them - even though the tracker said it had been delivered a week earlier. I had contacted the company but had not yet received a reply. However, they did reply yesterday, suggesting that I check neighbours and local businesses for my package. They undertook to follow it up, if I couldn't locate the package. They mentioned that Fastway was the courier. That was all I needed to hear, in order to know what had happened. Fastway are the worst courier company ever! At least twice before, their delivery people dumped my parcels in the local shop. They don't even try to deliver to the flats around here. Worse - they don't even text or call you to tell you where to find your package! Once Ortorex mentioned them, I went straight to the corner shop and found my package, which had been there for over a week. I replied to Ortorex to tell them what happened and to suggest that they change courier. I never shop anywhere that uses Fastway. I felt I had to update the very negative review I gave Ortorex because they did send a prompt, helpful reply to my query and I did eventually get what I ordered. I'll keep an eye on them though. If they don't to a more reliable courier, I won't be ordering from them again.
