The Silicone Ear Wax Cleaner is such a unique find! Works great and very affordable.

I wish that I had checked this website before I shelled out £30 for a pair of noise cancelling earbuds.
They arrived,well packed and looking good. Unfortunately one earbud has never worked from the day it arrived. Just won't 'pair' and keeps blinking. Initially,they replied to my email,advising me to try something, WHICH DIDNT WORK...now NOTHING.No offer of refund,advice nothing.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Poor customer service. Item never received in transit for over a month. Thats why it says 100%free delivery on website as they can't guarantee it.

The worst customer service I have had the misfortune of experiencing in a long time. Product not delivered. Customer service giving you the runaround. Phone numbers not working. Two months later no feedback, no refund, no arrangements made to get my order to me. This company basically stole my money. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM!

After checking all the products listed on this website, I found they are identical to items sold on AliExpress for 80–99% less.

I understand that businesses can rebrand or resell wholesale products, but charging €60 for an item that costs €17 on AliExpress — while falsely claiming it was previously priced at €120 — is blatant misrepresentation.

The scam lies in portraying a fake “original price” and fake discount, deceiving customers into believing they are buying a premium product on sale. This is a clear breach of EU consumer protection law against misleading commercial practices.

Dropshipping with cheap goods from China, although the website claims to be local. Goods cheap, unusable junk. Headphones with terrible sound and annoying whistling sound when listening - on the website and in the reviews they are advertised as top noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep with.

Exclusively positive reviews on the website are probably fake, as you can't write your own review even after purchase (button doesn't work).

Do not buy here if you do not want to receive useless goods at overpriced prices and support a deceptive company.

Ordered a heat pad for neck. It doesn’t heat and is completely useless. Sent email to complain and they offered 70% refund to save me posting tracked at a cost to me! Seems to be a business model. Receive item not fit for purpose and be reimbursed 70%. Reimbursement of 70% is still showing as pending in my account 2 weeks later so not sure what’s going on there!!!!

Scam!!! Avoid. The products are poor quality and they take weeks to ship.

Wish I had read the reviews first, this is a scam! They pretend to be in the EU but my order is being shipped from China. I have asked for a refund. If they don’t I will report them to the CCPC and ask my bank for a chargeback.

Avoid this so called company. I ordered a product of the irish site and after no sign of it I emailed the company who responded with an extremely rude email. They do not appear legit or professional at all. Avoid wasting your money on this joke

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This company pose as a Irish based company online and is a fob-off chinese company selling cheap products and their products either never reach the destination or delivery is weeks from date of purchase, this type of thing should be seen as fraudulant and shut down or forced to trade on all platforms as from China.

I seem to be one of the lucky few! I ordered foam insoles which are actually very comfortable, so can't complain about the product. Yes, they did take about 3 weeks to arrive, but from the tracking email they sent on dispatch you could see it was sent from China, via the Netherlands. So no surprise there. The many reports here of poor customer service and substandard products mean that I probably would not order from them again, even though my experience was OK. I also discovered I could have bought the same insoles with my Amazon Prime at half the cost, mea culpa.

Do not buy from this company- they are not Irish or EU company, once you will place an order they will order for you from a cheap Chinese website ( aliexpress etc). The delivery will be promised to arrive in 9-21 working days as it comes directly from China ( not from Latvia, Ireland or any other EU country). The tracking link will only be provided after arguments.

Item describe as Othopedic Footwear is totally missleading and Rubbish product. Money taken from your a/c immediately but only given an aknowlegement and delivey status of 9-21 days when you complain.
No way an Irish Company but made to look like it to CON people . Buyer beware as you will be told , if you dont like the service or product ,,,,return it at YOUR EXPENSE and will not be refunded

There as so many contradictions and missinformation on their replies I just do not know where to start ,,,,,the black plastic bag the shoes were delivered in had 4 overlaid lables ,,,,,I took pictures ,,,,Pic No 1 clearly demonstrated the origin as a PRC product from 2020 and described as Casual Shoes,,,,,I ordered an Orthopedic product but received goods unfit for purpose and under false pretenses .
Pic No 2 showed the package re-routed through the Nederlands ,,,,I can only assume to make it look LEGITIMATE . told them it was time to admit an error of judgement on their behalf and process a FULL 100% REFUND and stop wasting my time .

FULL REFUND PROCESSED THROUGH MY BANK THE NEXT DAY,,,,,,a RESULT

website is misleading, made to look like it’s Irish but is not. product purchased was a summer baby sleep suit which took nearly a month to arrive- timeline only advised after purchase.Size L (suggested age 2-3) measures v small so doesn’t even fit my v avg sized 19 month old. v disappointed.
