Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My order was delayed due to weather and after I noted I had not received my order, customer service reached out to me. They had investigated the issue and reshipped my order the same day. Days later I not only received my replacement order, but the original order showed up as well. Plus, they followed up to make sure I had received my order. I will definitely use Optcore again.
