We are a Mexican company that purchased some transceivers from Optcore. It was our first time using their service, and we were extremely pleased. Their website and purchasing process are easy and clear, their product is high quality, but I think the best thing about them was the efficiency of their communication and shipping. We paid for expedited shipping from China to our office in Mexico, and it arrived on the scheduled date without any problems. We apologize for your experience. The SFP+ RJ45 module has a higher power consumption than the fiber SFP+, which means it may get hot over time. We also offer a worry-free return policy for the defects. We are happy to provide any assistance you may need.

We had problems with customs that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, despite indicating the destination country.
But they solved them and now we got the products. They work nice
