Belles affiches de qualité et les couleurs sur le site correspondent à la réalité. Elles arrivent bien protégées dans un tube. Les cadres choisis sont en chêne noir et sont également de bonne qualité. Il y a une pellicule protectrice à enlever des deux côtés du plexiglass qui est très mince mais j’aime mieux ça que de la vitre car c’est moins lourd. Si je me tanne de mes affiches j’ai seulement à les changer dans les cadres alors vaut mieux être certain de leur emplacement et disposition sur le mur.

Deuxième cadre en chêne acheté sur votre site. Belle qualité. Par contre, ma livraison a été retardée et on ma seulement dit d'attendre. Le tracking indiquait qu'il était rendu à Lévis et je demeure en Montérégie. C'était pour un cadeau. Je suis arrivée les mains vides.
Je reçois vos communications en anglais et cela m'irrite beaucoup.

Support was very helpful in clarifying exactly how my letter-size picture would fit in the frame (which the web site does not explain very well). The frame itself is good and matches another frame next to it that I have very well.

Poor quality, splintering wood, and easily scratched
Poor quality frame. It is difficult to the fasten the back, and the wood is splintering. The plexiglass is already scratched.

Plexiglass scratches easily
I bought 12 frames in total. My order arrived fast, and well packaged. However, the plexiglass is flimsy and scratches easily. I can see it will not hold well the passage of time, even with careful manipulation.
So, it's a good short-term solution but it will be garbage unless I replace it with a proper glass.
