Great Company that Cares About it's Customers
I purchased a course from Oplex Careers. It wasn't what I expected at all and I was very upset that I had wasted my money. I emailed them twice a few days apart. I realised that I had emailed the wrong company (TheCourseMix). I live chatted with TheCourseMix who told me I had purchased the course from Oplex (they must be related companies because I was about to sign into my TheCourseMix learning account and see the course). They told me that I would receive an email from Oplex and I did and they said they would refund me.
I'm yet to receive the refund but hopefully I will shortly, but overall a very positive experience.

Informative
Clear, concise and informative, great start to SEN guidance however would have preferred more of an emphasis on how different spectrum disorders (eg dyslexia) have an impact on SEN and how to reassure the child.

Definitely recommend
Lots of great information, really good content. It’s very straightforward & for the more complex stuff there’s the option of asking a tutor for help & advice. I’ve completed a few courses now & would definitely recommend them to anyone needing extra knowledge or certification in your field of work.

Website kept denying me access
Website kept denying me access, have email support for a refund and nothing, no support when asked ,in fact no communication to help
Just avoid using them, you're throwing your money away
