This agency has been outstanding. Communication has been excellent from the very beginning, and they were quick to find me work easily the best teaching agency I’ve worked with. Billy and Ellie have been fantastic consultants who made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care really set this agency apart. From day one, their professionalism made the experience reassuring and enjoyable.

I joined prospero teaching.
I had an amazing super experience in tutoring and found both Kyrah and Ellie very amazing and offered great amazing support.
They are fantastic.

Almost Never answer the phone. Low professionalism, late payments, tickets responded to late.

I registered with Prospero almost 4 months ago after leaving my teaching role. The registration process was lengthy and required me to upload several items of documentation. I did this and all seemed to be ok as I got a phone call asking if I could cover at a school short notice so I assumed I was cleared to work. A few days later, I was told I needed to meet a recruiter so he could take pictures of my documents. I agreed to this and after he had got the pictures, I heard nothing. I chased and was then told 'compliance need to verify your documents again'. I have chased since then and nothing. Fed up with going around in circles so I will be giving up with this agency.

What a TERRIBLE company.

They bombard you will emails and texts, won't answer any communications, refuse to aknowledge registration that takes at least 1 hr to complete.

I have contacted this company many many times after recieveing emails - not one response!

After I wrote 2 negative reviews here on Trustpilot.
They just stopped sending me ads for part-time jobs.
AND I AM cleared to work for that company on 04 Dec 2025. Pure and simple revenge. You write negative reviews and we stop sending you job offers. They work like it is 18th century. What they missed is my AGREEMENT with them which clearly states they will email me jobs and opportunities. I and my solicitor prepared a legal case against PROSPERO TEACHING. To be continued...

I joined Prospero Teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, specialised as both general and SEN practitioner. Bailey was very quick in getting all the process done and Dan Hodson-Walker, took over as my consultant and it's been amazing. Dan has been very supportive, responding to my calls, emails and text messages as promptly as possible and always getting me fully booked for the weeks work. Dan has been very instrumental in supporting me during my house move, a support which was very crucial, Dan delivered without fail. I have been blessed working with you and your unending support which you continue to give. Dan you are amazing. I will recommend Prospero Teaching to anyone looking for a very good agency to work with. Their training programmes are up to date, a great system to keep you updated with good CPD for one's growth and development on the Job. I joined Prospero Teaching in October 2025 and ongoing. Prospero have been great, I have had such a positive experience with them. They have given me so many opportunities almost immediately in schools that have been great. I am in love with the school that I am currently in. They are always supportive and on hand when you need them.

This is the worst agency I have every been with. This agency does a lot of cold calling by phone and email. The registration process takes ages to complete and when I was registered with them they didn't find me many jobs as a teaching assistant. One of the jobs somebody else got and the other I was offered on a day I was unavailable. When I was asked about another job they said I wasn't cleared for work and had to submit all the documents again as they were out of date. They also said my DBS was out of date but I have paid for my DBS to be updated and when I checked with the DBS office they said it had been updated but they don't send you a updated certificate

Most of my dealings have been with Chanai who is the loveliest, most helpful and caring person. The others in the team are always friendly and helpful too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prospero.

I’ve been working as a day-to-day primary supply teacher for the last six years.
I’ve consistently received plenty of bookings, allowing me to gain a broad range of experience working across age groups and various London boroughs.
The agents I had the pleasure of working with – particularly Finn - communicate effectively and professionally at all times. All the necessary booking information is provided promptly, which I greatly appreciate.
Occasionally, I would welcome earlier communication regarding bookings; however, I understand that many teachers are attending placements across London, which can make this challenging.
One suggestion for improvement would be to introduce an online system where teachers could share their availability, which could help increase booking opportunities.
Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and appreciate the support and professionalism of the team.
