Our hoa has moved to Ontrack with Arbi as our property manager. What a gem we have found in him and his team! From the start of this interview process to the transition of onboarding and now having worked together for almost 2 months...I can honestly say we are so pleased to have found Arbi/Ontrack.
Not only is Arbi and his team beyond professional but they are also meticulous, efficient, transparent, honest, responsive, communicative, and conscientious. Arbi goes above and beyond in every aspect of the job to being available to owners and renters and in responding to emergencies with swiftness and with a solutions-based mindset. Arbi also handles multiple tasks and coordination with ease making sure the board is always in the loop.
Arbi has already saved our hoa money by negotiating the best lowest prices from his vendors.
His vendors are also a major step up from who we have used in the past. What a breath of fresh air he is to work with. So grateful we have signed on with him/Ontrack. Looking forward to this collaborative working partnership. 10000/10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ontrack asset management

Our hoa has moved to Ontrack with Arbi as our property manager. What a gem we have found in him and his team!
