Onsite Teams has become a daily productivity tool my my construction team. My Procurement got aligned and we have very little surprises which used to derail my project timeline and profits. I also manage my staff with onsite's resource management module.
Armand and the team fixed my leaking toilet, and they disconnected our old loft tank and connected the mains supply directly to the bathroom and combi boiler. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the result.
We reported a leak under the kitchen sink on June 25, 2025. Armand came by the very next day and quickly identified the problem—the sink trap had come loose and fallen off, causing the leak. He fixed it efficiently and did a fantastic job. The tenants were extremely happy with his work, and he even gave useful advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. Highly recommended!
We filed a complaint on March 12 and they initially gave a resolution date of 3 to 4 working days.Then they directly extended it to March 24 and now they have further extended it to March 30. They don't care about their customers at all.Their service is terrible.@onsitego

I have been using Onsite for couple of months and managing 4-5 projects in the app. The app is super useful for contractors of all size. The main advantage of the team is that, they are flexible to the customer needs and address the same in time. They put in best efforts to understand the industry needs and customer needs (anything specific) to make the software very friendly and useful.
