These guys are frauds when it comes to customer service. They don't respond and don't entertain defective products. They don't follow their own guidelines. When you try to contact customer service for return They try to manipulate and play games. I've filed a grievance on consumer forum. Will recommend not to buy from them. Rest your money your choice burn where ever you want.

Very disappointing experience.
After committing to timelines and taking an advance, there was no delivery and no response despite repeated follow-ups and a lot of patience from my end.

Lack of communication and delay at this level feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. I finally had to cancel the order and ask for a refund.

Sharing this so others can be cautious before placing an order. Transparency and timely responses matter.

Single star wasn't my choice if possible I would wish to give them -10 out of 5. They are cheaters, non responsive, lazy, , quality job they don't know, I doubt they have their own fabrication workshop, I am sure they subcontractor the works.
My order until advance was grabbed by the person mentioned as Owner owing mobile number 9193356036. Since then he never responded over voice, after several calls he left a message to contact their customer care team, a lady who doesn't have any information about the order and given technical details. My order was for dinning table base and dimensions was clearly mentioned during order and advance payment. They promised to deliver in 12 to 14 days. After 12 days when I contacted them they started ignoring calls and later after attemps from different number I was told that, the fabrication will start tomorrow and they will share the photos soon. That soon never came until I keep them calling everyday. Note; I got evidence of everything I am mentioning above. I won't recommend to anyone to buy any product from "Handicraft town". You will definitely regret. Waste of money. If anyone are interested to have more details of my review feel free to comment or share your WhatsApp number. I'll share the chat details, photos of worst product and the worst output.

I contacted Mr Zameer placed order three times all three times I had great experience. I received my packages in good order. I was updated regarding production of my items in timely manner. I recommend handicrafttown and hoping to order more items for my parents house too. Thank you guys you are doing amazing job.

Pathetic customer service, won't arrange a pick up.

Handicrafts town is a fraud website. I have ordered a center table from their website. They took the advance for the center table and promised me to deliver the product within 15 days. Its been more than 30 days, they are not responding to my messages, also they have shown the sample product image to me which has poor quality than shown in the website. I have lost my advance amount as well. I could ordered it from some reputed website instead.

Absolutely pathetic service. We ordered a centre table and even after 2 months , they could not deliver it. Big talks and no work. Everytime, we enquired, they will say the table is in the making.

Order no 9915. Received refund finally after almost 2 months.
