Ordered some safety boots and paid £41.00. Got a phone call to tell me the boots were not in stock and were discontinued and refund would be sent. After a few days I complained to be told it could be 14 days before a refund is sent. After 8 days, I pointed out that since no goods needed returning Consumer Law re 14 days for refunds doesn't really apply and I wanted my refund asap. I don't trust this company and have read reviews of other people having the same issue. I would avoid, however, I'm pleased to say I have now been refunded.

Ordered an item that was out of stock. Asked for a refund - it takes 14 working days to refund. Plus bank transaction times. They have your money for 3 weeks after lying about available stock levels.

If you're looking for something that has been discontinued elsewhere and they say they have it, it's likely to not be true and they keep your money in their account as that's their standard practice. Nice people on the phone, awful accounting practices.

Bought a few emergency transit chairs for one of our clients, these are installed easily and are well made.

Great experience! Site is laid out nicely, prices are correct (and better than Amazon for the items I needed) and while they're clearly geared up for trade customers, there's no hassle for private ones like myself (e.g. they list both with / without VAT prices, plenty of payment options at checkout, etc).

Two pairs of overalls ordered on Friday, correct order arrived on Thursday, great service.

Order my overalls and no stock, they immediately offered me an alternative which I agreed too and they were despatched that same day. Arrived next day with no delays at at all. Quality of goods is excellent. Nice friendly service.

Absolutely terrible , first item ordered off website paid for it to be told 2 days later out of stock even though still available to buy on website. Changed to a different colour and received an email saying been dispatched- Absolutely rubbish contacted a week later to be told this is a generic email and doesn't actually mean that it has been dispatched!! Still not received after 2 weeks from ordering and paying.

The jacket is available online so I ordered size L, the next day I get a message that this size is unavailable and if I want a different jacket or want a refund, they even sent a photo of another ugly jacket so I immediately wrote that I want a refund, they wrote ok we will make a refund soon, 3 days have passed and There is still no refund, I wrote to them that I do not have a refund yet, they wrote back and in the next e-mail that they had already made a refund, I immediately knew that something was wrong and I reported everything to paypal, after about 5 days I got a refund, do not buy anything from them .

If I'd checked this company before, I won't but from it. They simply don't like refund the customer. Even I asked paypal to step in. They just let you waiting and hope you forget it. They don't care about custmer. All other company refund 3 to 5 days. Worst return experience in my life. The shoe is bad quality and the leather is like PU. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

They say if you buy before 13.00 you will have next day delivery, LIES. They send you an email for delivery date, LIES. Send you an email saying tried to deliver but couldn't, LIES.
Worst online provider, should close up shop if can't even get basics right. Absolutely useless.

Don't waste time, false promises, 3 weeks of waiting and still no delivery, problems with refunds. Garbage service

I’ve used this company before for safety boots. I was so impressed I’ve ordered some more, along with suitable PPE for use when using a strimmer. Ordered on 4th June, first delivery attempted on 7th, 2nd delivery was successful on 8th June. Can’t knock it. It must have been difficult during lockdown but I for one have no complaints at all and will use again.

Leave well alone , take your money then tell you not in stock , and have to wait 14 working days for refund . KEEP AWAY....

Ordered 2 pairs of work trousers arrived 4 days no problem. Very pleased.

Don't bother will take you money tell you. That your order is on its way. Tofind out when I contact them 5 days later to be told my order had been backlogged for no redo. And would be sent out. Called again after 10 days to be told these items are not in stock and do not know when they will have it. And tgst they can cancel order but eilltake a while for refund. What a joke.

Ordered some earplugs - thought it would be pretty straightforward.... then just over 2 weeks later I get an email stating that my address ‘couldn’t be found’ and apparantly was shut. They went to the completely wrong number than requested and it was a closed shop! Fair enough, it could be an inexperienced delivery driver. They said they would send it out for delivery the next day but it’s been 5 weeks since the order and I still haven’t had a delivery! We are working from home so we are always home, we have a dog too who goes mad whenever someone even walks by the front door - nothing! I have sent an email asking where my goods are with no reply, I wouldn’t recommend using this company at all, stay clear. Still waiting, wish I went on Amazon rather than supporting a business in this scenario!

Ordered on Tuesday 30/3/21 and arrived on Thursday 1/04/21 so a quick delivery however it was a different zip up hoodie I received to the one I ordered although similar colour scheme and still the same price but I would like to know why. It is still a good product and it could be a genuine mistake by the order picker because they were similar.
