Solid carcasses and doors, colour co-ordinated throughout and fully built! Extensive range of colour options and bespoke design. I honestly cannot fault these guys and girls. 100% delighted.

Everyone we've had contact with has been helpful and focussed on doing a great job. From the initial contact to the showroom visit, kitchen planning, design changes, ordering, through to delivery.

Good quality product and excellent responsive service. The team were always very quick to respond to my queries and patiently supported me during the design process during which I made a few changes. Had a hiccup on site which the online kitchen team sorted immediately. Very impressed

Wasted my time for over 10 days to get a design appointment then to be told that they no longer do concaved corner units yet no mention of this by their quotation team.

I have all the emails from both my wife and my self which you quotation team didn’t send over and it wasn’t me on holiday but looking at the emails it was you designer on holiday

Ordered my Kitchen from Online Kitchen Store, Eve, Olly and Ian have been bang on from the start. The patience of the design team early on then the assistance of the operations team later on has been awesome. will be using again shortly for my Utility room and Gym. Definately recommend. Quality product at a decent price.

So pleased we found this company. Our kitchen is just stunning and very well made. Online Kitchens recommended Algave Granite for our worktops. They have fitted them and our quartz marble worktops look amazing and a great company who do a fabulous job and no mess!

I cannot fault OKS, the service they provided was excellent. I was very apprehensive ordering on line but it was worth it considering the amount of money I saved. Holly was very patient in the planning stage and gave me a lot of help, the quality of the units couldn't have been better, my kitchen fitter was impressed. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and can't believe it all went so smoothly with not 1 problem.

The customer service throughout was brilliant. From the original designs to the alterations we had to make while building our extension. Delivery dates were moved without issue due to hold ups on site

All came pre built which makes the installation much easier, would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their kitchen.

I am an indepentant kitchen fitter with experience fitting many different manufacturers kitchens. These are normally chosen and ordered by my customers but it means that I know the various manufacturers kitchens pretty well. Some of which are great and others sometimes not so great for various reasons.

When it came to our own new kitchen, I wanted to avoid some of the experiences my own customers had sometimes encountered so I did my research. I also wanted a high quality kitchen but needed to keep an eye on the overall cost.

I discovered the Online Kitchen Store and contacted them. From the first time I spoke to them through to the final part of my new kitchen, they were brilliant.

I went to the showroom to check the quality and range and was very impressed. They are the best quality and most rigid cabinets that I have ever fitted which makes fitting a dream. They are custom made so no unneccessary holes and the time saved with the cabintes pre assembled is substantial. This saves time and money. Jason at the showroom was brilliant and extremely helpful, as have all the other staff members I have spoken to since.

The design service was brilliant providing excellent visuals to bring it to life and excellent plans. No question or amendment is too much and it enables you to get things exactly right.

The delivery of the kitchen was perfect. Well labelled, plans brilliant and nothing missing or damaged. I also needed a few extra bits that I had not planned for and these were given priority and delivered extremely quickly.

These are of course not the absolute cheapest kitchens you can get but they are still an excellent price. You get what you pay for and I believe they are probably the best price you can get for the level of quality and service. I went to see one of the big names that claimed to have a sale on and like for like costs were way beyond those of the Online Kitchen Store. Plus I had to endure a very unpleasant hard sell experience. You do not get that from the Online Kitchen Store. The process is much more pleasant than some of the big chains including avoiding all of the service issues often associated with some of the big names!

I don't hesitate to recommend the Online Kitchen Store. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you OKS!
