Where do I start? Absolute pristine service from Adam. Honest, hardworking man who is pretty much available at any hour on any day. He will always get back to you and is happy to talk to you about beds and mattresses all day long! I've never discussed beds so much because nobody ever asks what you want or whether you are unsure or not. Considering I'm in London, it was delivered within days as he flagged it as urgent for me. I have had my fair share or rude and condescending customer services with other companies but Adam IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Top notch, straight to the organ grinder and no monkeys! For anyone wondering if this is for real, then YES it is and NO I am not an employee or otherwise. Just hard to find good honest folk nowadays who genuinely want to do whats right by you and not just about making money. Feel passionately about this hence the strong review. Good sales, customer service and quality products at a very very decent price, is hard to come by. Thank you once again Adam and will definitely be sharing with anyone looking to get a new bed, mattress, etc. Just to add, he also will advise you on what's RIGHT FOR YOU, not just try and get you to buy the most expensive items. I wouldn't even give these one star, but that's the lowest option. This company does not care about their customers, once they have got your money they completely ignore any you, and say that you are Racist, and you're only complaining about it because of his ethnicity. They say that on one of their adverts, and that you should just claim your money back from the bank! It is absolutely appalling. They need reporting to Trading Standards.

What a fantastic business to deal with the communication was excellent from start to end including the transport company who delivered the headboard.
The quality of the headboard is 10/10, I am so pleased with it.

Ottoman Bed
From start to finish, the whole team could not have done more to make the choosing process so easy. They listened to my needs and budget and certainly delivered. They were polite, helpful and professional. On delivery the guys were very respectful of my property.

100% I would recommend this company
100% I would recommend this company. I looked at so many beds with different companies and wasn’t getting anywhere. Either the beds were too expensive or the quality wasn’t what I was expecting. Then, I found this amazing company and I cannot fault Adam from start to finish. The bed was delivered in 10 days and the quality is just superb. We ended up ordering 2 beds. the mattress is not as advertised
the mattress is not as advertised it is very hard and advertised as super soft, when I emailed the company I have not had a response which is very poor considering the mattress was nearly £800.

Faulty product, dismissive communications
Ordered a bed base with four drawers. Base arrived with missing legs so had to improvise until missing parts arrived. One of the drawer bays does not function as the drawer falls off its runners. Tried with all the drawers provided with the same result. Communications were late and dismissive. Had to remedy the situation out of my own pocket.

From start to finish, the process of purchasing a bed and mattress was excellent. Adam was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. It’s rare to find a business that’s honest and reliable these days, but this experience has restored my faith.

Received really quickly
Received really quickly, emailed to ask when delivery would be as I’d not had a call. They said hoping to deliver a certain day but I would get an update closer to the time to advise a definite time, however, this didn’t happen.
A good job the hubby was home all day that day.
I am very happy with the base and mattress and feel it’s great quality and was really happy with the price.
And most importantly it’s so comfy!
