Great quality beds
I recently purchased a bed frame from this company and, after some delays due to the delivery company, I was pleased when it finally arrived. The bed itself is beautiful – the quality feels excellent, and I love the colour, which was recommended by the customer service team before I placed my order.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues initially. My custom bed wasn't made correctly, and the delivery company also caused some marks to my walls during delivery. However, after I emailed the company, I received a phone call almost immediately, on a Friday evening. They were apologetic, reassuring, and committed to putting everything right.
Although it ultimately took three attempts to get the custom bed exactly as ordered, the company stayed in contact throughout and resolved the issue. Their customer service was professional and they honoured their commitment to ensure I received the correct bed.
Overall, I'm happy with the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company for the quality of their beds and their customer service. My only hesitation would be ordering a custom bed again, simply because of the time and multiple deliveries it took to get it right. That said, they did resolve every issue, and I appreciated the way they handled the situation.

Had delivery of my new bed yesterday…
Had delivery of my new bed yesterday and I am really pleased with it. Because I had the base made deeper it made the bed a lot heavier than normal but Mutar and Zee did an excellent job of delivering and assembling the bed. It is now what I would call ‘American’ height which is perfect for my storage needs. Cannot praise OBS enough from start to finish the customer service was second to none.

Ordered two new otoman beds small…
Ordered two new otoman beds small double and single in Naples cream colour with new mattresses. Had them delivered and built up today I absolutely love them. They was half the price from any where else that I had tried. Lovely staff what I liked is the fact I could go see the beds at there warehouse before ordering. I would most definitely recommend this company for workman ship and quality and service. 5 star ⭐ service.

Can’t fault these guys, bought a bed and mattress and had it delivered to Hertfordshire. Quality of both was on point and the customer service was impressive. I had many question of which all were clearly answered. I was also very specific about a deliver timeframe which they followed. Perfect quality bespoke products
Perfect quality bespoke products, great customer service online, in the showroom, during delivery and assembly and vast knowledge of beds and mattresses. I first got to know of OBS from socials and thought the products looked great, but may be too good to be true, so I reluctantly went ALL THE WAY FROM DUDLEY TO LEEDS to see if I’d be sold what was on socials and Adam and team surpassed all my expectations. Really good knowledge of beds and mattresses and OBS know how to show a customer what to buy without ripping them off. I ended up buying 5 beds all quarter split (due to my tight stairway), zip and link (both which almost nobody does), all with mattresses, toppers and storage chests when initially I didn’t intend to buy that many. Adam was able to showcase the quality of the products and had the knowledge to help us choose what to buy too, again I stress without trying to rip us off because most retail outlets are very happy to do that and did try. The same products in a retail stores would cost far more, be absolutely poor in quality in comparison to beds from OBS and have no options for a bespoke service like OBS provide such as adjusting floor standing headboard sizes, zip and link beds/mattresses and quarter splits. Beds also arrived in 10 days, whereas all retail stores were only able to promise a minimum 3 week turn around, which was cutting it fine for me as I had guests coming in 2 weeks and 6 days. Would 1000000% recommend to anyone and everyone considering buying from OBS. (Review with images to follow on Google once my family have chosen some bed sheets if anyone reading is interested) !

Great experience…
Had a great experience with this company. I went to the factory showroom where I wanted to try the matress for myself. I was not disappointed. The quality of the beds mattresses and headboards are top quality with lots of different choices. We spoke to the sales person who was great with us and answered all our questions and what was best for our budget. We came away with a fantastic bed matress and headboard great quality and an unbeatable price. I knew this because I researched what I wanted before I found this store online. We live in Manchester and made the trip to Leeds which I am so glad we did.
We bought on the Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday.
The delivery guys set everything up and took away all the wrappings. They were very polite and even removed their shoes on entering our home. Excellent company cant recommend them enough.

absolutely excellent service from ordering my Hampton Orthopaedic Firm Sprung Mattress to being delivered. Also cheapest i have found! kept me updated with my order right through until my matteress was delivered, the delivery driver also phoned me letting me know he was on his way to deliver my matteress and they took my old matteress away with no problems, both of them were very polite, helpful and friendly. matteress was put on my ottoman bed for me. I can honestly say since my matteress arrived 2 days ago best sleep I've had for several years with having severe osteoarthritis in both my kness, osteoarthritis in one of my hips also lower degenerative back. very good Quailty. I'm so glad i came across this company from a Facebook advert! I highly recommend this company!!

This was my first time purchasing zip and links beds and I wanted to see what they looked like in person.
This online bed store has a showroom which is perfect for someone that likes to try and see the quality of the products before they make a purchase.
The showroom was lovely, the beds were nicely displayed.
The owner took his time to explain how the beds are made and went into detail of the products and process they use.
I was able to tell him what I wanted and what my budget was.
He tailored the bed product to meet my specific needs that matched my budget.
Delivery of the product and the bed itself was spot on very happy with the whole process from start to finish.
And most importantly the bed is amazing, I feel like I'm floating when I lay down on it...

Wow service and quality 5star
Wow, I received my bed today ans the whole service was incredible. They helped me via email almost instantly and arrived during the small delivery window they gave me. The had a question upon delivery and they were fantastic and called the office, dealing with it for me.
Now onto the bed.. The height, comfort and quality has really surprised me especially due to the low cost.
