They took my money $275USD and didn't complete my work when I later asked for a refund the agreed to refund me $175, now I've been calling and texting no body to give me a reply. I guess I've been scammed. Never use this service. Unless I received my money back I won't delete this review.

However, their inefficiency became apparent when they provided a grossly inaccurate travel itinerary, which undoubtedly contributed to the subsequent rejection. The exorbitant fees charged by One Vasco only added insult to injury, leaving me significantly out of pocket for a service that proved utterly futile.

Undeterred, I sought the assistance of my original agent to rectify the situation. With meticulous attention to detail, we ensured all necessary documents were in order, clarifying that the previous application's errors were due to the incompetence of One Vasco. Despite our best efforts, the outcome remained unchanged – another rejection from the Swedish embassy.

The entire process has left me disillusioned and disheartened. Not only have I wasted a substantial sum of money, but the emotional toll of dashed hopes and dreams of a much-needed vacation has been immeasurable. The lack of accountability and transparency throughout this ordeal reflects poorly on the Swedish embassy's visa application procedures, leaving applicants like myself feeling helpless and frustrated.

In conclusion, my experience with the Swedish embassy's visa application process via One Vasco and subsequent rejection despite corrective measures has been nothing short of a total blunder. As a consumer, I urge for greater accountability and integrity in visa processing services to prevent others from enduring similar nightmares.

THEY HAVE NO ADEQUATE INFORMATION AND CONTACT. I HAVE BEEN CHASING A REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH NOW AND GETTING NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. DO NOT GET TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have applied for VISA for Germany and One Vasco team member Ms. Shivani Sharma, (Jalandhar Office) helped me from beginning of taking the appointment for me and my wife to submitting all the papers. She helped us in giving the details of all papers which need to submit in systematic order and it great matters.

They dont have correct information,double check everything they say even about embassy,how long passport take, look for the information yourself from the embassy. Because as soon as you pay their fees you start discovering many lies that will put you in stress they are not professional. I wish I had read the reviews before hiring them. I have everything written. I applied for US visa, they promised me 3-6 working days, I found out it takes up to 6 weeks. I have all emails to proof, and they never apologized, ignored me and the deputy manager is rude.
Always full of misleading information on the phone, and e mail, too. They call miss communication, but no. They don’t work in good faith. If I don’t get my passport on time, I have the risk of losing my job. And all because they gave me wrong information and they do not want to refund, and half of the work I had to do myself. What’s the point of paying? My review keeps disappearing From Google.
