Terrible experience OV for India visa, response time too long (3 days post payment) and refund process even longer; 30+ days not the 15-20 days OV promises. Recommend using India Govt online portal faster, cheaper and less headache as the information they require is the same.

A big big thank to Mrs. Garima and the team for helping me to obtain my Visa after two consecutive rejections. Their Visa services are truly exceptional, knowledgeable, responsive. They follow up with you untill the dicision made on your Visa. My last two Visa applications were also done by two different agents but got rejections. I would highly recommend their services if you are feeling tough on your application and need professional advise.

We stressed out and stuck in Singapore in 2 days in row . We tought thay they arranged our india visa But they keep emailing asking all personal detail in every email they sent, some of email is has been we answer and they asked same questions . Really unprofessional and not organized. We lost so many cost . India hotel we booked , air india we booked and also visa that we paid. We flight so far from Melbourne to visit your country, india. But we got already bad experience.

Pure lie. They promise 24-48 hours and took 5 days to process the visa and gave a visa after aggressive followups with an incorrect date of birth in the visa.

We had to face extreme difficulties in Abu Dhabi immigration and were on the verge of being deported back because of their carelessness.

Extremely poor customer support, they won't respond to emails, you won't find any contact no. to reach out to them and the pain is unlimited so if you are applying here, do it at your own risk.

The entire visa application process for UK was smooth and tension free. Shanmathi was very KNOWLEDGEABLE and POLITE and patient ,answering all our queries.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the One Vasco visa team that I feel compelled to share. The team displayed a significant lack of knowledge and professionalism, which severely impacted the processing of our visa applications. It seemed there was a fundamental misunderstanding of the visa requirements and procedures, which led to unnecessary complications and delays in our plans.

The communication was consistently unclear and misleading, leaving us confused about the status of our applications and without clear guidance on how to proceed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with their team, there was no accountability or adequate response from their side.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using One Vasco for visa services to reconsider. The lack of expertise and poor customer service we experienced was not only disappointing but also added undue stress and complication to our travel preparations.

It was a great experience with Vasco. Gurvinder ji is a man with full dedication and loyalty. He explained the whole process very well and make the process stress free.These guys deal very fairly. Keep it up,and help the people to make their dreams true.
