A family-run company, One Traveller was started in 2007 by a highly experienced Tour Manager who specialised in escorting solo travel holidays. One Traveller has since gained a reputation as the UK’s number one singles holiday specialist for the over 50s and has won multiple publicly-voted awards.
What We Offer
All One Traveller holidays have many meals, drinks, excursions and extra touches included in the headline price. Every guest gets their own double room in our hand-picked four and five-star hotels, with no single supplement to pay.

Excellent Cretan holiday.
Very well organised trip to Crete with excellent hosts and interesting excursions.
Hotel was basic but more than adequate. The food however was superb. Authentic Cretan dishes and lots of it!
The pools were lovely and the whole hotel spotlessly clean. The bar was a focal point and the staff friendly and welcoming.
The fellow guests were great company and we all gelled,
All in all a lovely holiday which represented good value.

Well organised holidays for older…
Well organised holidays for older singles. Good information from the moment you book to the moment you return. These holidays are pretty full on without a spare morning or afternoon to do your own thing. Stockholm was an interesting visit. Nice hotel, good food. Only complaint is that unusually there was no choice in main course food.

Stress free holiday, easy to book, including pre-holiday get together and airport hotel and parking. Great tour manager, Ali, all arrangements very smooth, lots of information, hotels good, food ok, some very good.

Lovely place..Graz
Lovely place..Graz. Lovely central hotel. Great tour leader..Serena who took care of everything smoothly and professionally. Great excursions especially to see the Lipizzaner stud. One small quibble is the guided tours of castles etc deliver far too much information leaving you standing in one place for ages and knowing you’ll never remember it all. Information is available on line these days if you are particularly intestested. Shorter tours with outline information would be a great impovement

I feel that we are well looked after by One Traveller, excursions were included every day and all evening meals. I did not have the worry that I might be left on my own to find a restaurant for my evening meal and this is important to me, to have company and to feel safe. My only complaint was that there was no choice of food, having been told beforehand by the company that there would be a small choice of 2-3. Robert Sharp, Tour Manager was great and when I did not like the starter in one evening meal, he arranged for me to get something else. The option of regional flights direct to destination would be great although I do enjoy the get together the night before at Heathrow, but just for return journey would help so that I am home in a reasonable time. I have already booked another trip with you to Austria in September.

I’ve just come back from the trip to Stockholm.
It was a great trip which exceeded my expectations.
A very varied itinerary and not too fast paced. Robert Sharp was our tour manager and he was excellent.
This was my 4th trip with One Traveller and I already have my next trip (Nile Cruise) booked for February.
The only downside to Stockholm for me was the difficulty in finding an ATM machine. Even though Sweden is mainly a cashless society I wish that I had bought a small amount of local currency with me for tips etc.

I have travelled with your company twice this year.
The first tri to Austria was great - we had a wonderful tour leadear and we were only 16.
My trip to Stockholm was spoilt by poor guide and too many people.

Torquay is a lovely place to visit
Sandra was a great guide, really helpful & patient. The trips were really enjoyable. The Grand Hotel was lovely downstairs but the bedrooms needed some work doing on them. On the whole I had a great holiday.

There's more to Austria than just Vienna
There was lot of variety in this week's trip. The starting and ending coach rides were long. Is there no easier way to get the group to its destination/. Train perhaps or even an internal flight? Genuinely interested to know.

Everything was catered for
Everything was catered for, from tram tickets, transfers, coach trips and entrance fees to a great tour manager who looked after us all so well.
All I needed to take was my spending money.
