Very clear and efficient process
Very clear process, good price for services and efficient. I received my apostilled document in a timely manner. Customer service was also very frank about what to expect and I really appreciated that, after receiving escalating amounts from another service within a two day timeframe, which left me feeling like that particular company were scammers.

I have used one source several times…
I have used one source several times for Apostilles and they never fail to deliver. They are swift and efficient, however, they can be a little bit pricier than other similar services but you get what you pay for.

FedEx did not deliver the envelop
FedEx did not deliver the envelop. Twice recently. Alwais same adress. Several Apostilles correct. Two we did not receive and need to pay extra 75$ to receive something that we already pay for.

I have reviewed this situation with my staff and I'm going to refund you the additional $75 for the FedEx shipping. We did redo the entire apostille free of charge, but we have had a policy in place from the beginning that we are not responsible for FedEx shipments due to the fact that they are a 3rd party provider that we have zero control over.
However, this is a situation that happens so rarely and due to your review bringing this to my attention, I have informed my staff to not rebill for the shipping charges as well for any future instances of lost documents.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration.
