Overall I was happy with the service One Source Process provided. I ordered a Marriage Certificate from the State of Washington, to be used in Thailand. Cost for their service was $625 USD (including $75 for International shipping). They gave me the procedure needed to order the document and then they handled the rest. They kept me updated as the document moved between each government office. Once the document was returned from the Thailand Embassy they shipped the document back to me, and this is where I was unhappy about the service. The document I paid over $600 USD to be used by the Thai government was shipped halfway around the world in a flimsy FedEx document envelope. The envelope was bent and the document has folds in it and now looks like an unprofessional document. I paid $75 for the international shipping and they could have used an envelope that would protect the document. I understand it was FedEx that caused the damage, but a sturdier envelope would have prevented the damage to the document.

This is the 2nd time I've used there services and I must say the best in the business. Thank you so much!
