If you are apartment owner, please don't make the same mistake as me, and give this company your apartment to manage. They are the biggest scammers in Dubai. Will show you inflated and fabricated excel sheet revenue models, but at the end will collect very little revenue for you. There is no transparency in sharing of information, nor will they respond to your emails or complaints.

Please stay away from them.

I, as a landlord, had a terrible experience with this company. Payments were consistently late, requiring constant chasing on my part. There was a lack of transparency and communication regarding payments.

There is even shortage of payment and it was difficult to get any kind of updates.

Communication was difficult as they routed me through multiple layers of people who frequently needed to confer with each other before providing updates.

When I tried reaching out to the CEO, her response was sarcastic and dismissive. This attitude reflects the company's values, which seem to stem from the CEO. We have proof of their shortcomings and their failure to adhere to the contract, yet they make it hard for us to exit the agreement. Overall, I cannot recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism and poor business practices.

Horrible! The company doesn't assist to make you as a guest feel happy, if you complain about anything they tell you that you viewed the apartment - as if it is no longer their problem. Cheap mattresss that nobody can sleep on, cockroaches, complementary water bottles unsealed and opened already, broken bathtub, blinds don't work. Don't recommend using this company - there are much better options in the UAE.

Their inability to meet even the basic requirements set forth in the contract reflects a significant lack of professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction. Moreover, their disregard for the agreed-upon terms showcases a complete lack of respect for their clients' time and expectations.
In addition to this, the lack of response to emails further exacerbated the situation. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for clarification and resolution, there was an utter disregard for communication. This lack of responsiveness not only reflects poorly on their customer service but also highlights their blatant disregard for accountability and client concerns.
Furthermore, the issue was compounded by their failure to make payments on time, and in some cases, not at all. Such financial discrepancies are simply unacceptable and demonstrate a severe lack of commitment to fulfilling their obligations. As a customer, the experience of dealing with delayed or missing payments has been both frustrating and financially burdensome.
In conclusion, my experience with One Perfect Stay has been nothing short of disappointing. Their failure to adhere to our contract, lack of responsiveness to communication, and their inability to make timely payments have significantly tarnished their reputation in my eyes. Terrible experience! We booked an apartment via AirBnb, paid full amount on Sep 8. Check-in date was Sep 29 (after 3 weeks). When it was less than 1 day before check-in, host called us and told us that we need to cancel our booking because A/C in apartment doesn’t work and they proposed another apartment in very far area instead. First of all, if I cancel booking by myself, I would lose my money. And after that this company ignored us in Airbnb chat, they didn’t answer us. We contacted support for helping, support told us that they called host (this company) and they told them that apartment was sold! We are shocked, they told different reasons of cancellation to us and Airbnb support team. Only after asking a support about cancellation, support cancelled our booking. We are feeling like this company were trying to cheat us. They were very rude while talking on phone with us as well. Our booking was canceled by Airbnb side 2 hours before our check-in and we had to quickly find another apartment, and everything was more expensive and far from place we needed! Be careful if you work with this company, you can lose money!

I Rented a apartment on a month to month basis . Decided to leave, to another holiday apartment and No legal documents where signed. This company has not returned my deposit of 3000 dirhams. He refuses to return it. This is completely absurd. Do not use one perfect stay they will not return your deposit.

Their performance were terrible (50% below market price, terrible occupancy).

I did some mystery bookings to test their processes - their revenue management team has no clue how to manage pricing. Have the screenshots of all conversations, message me to see. Quite funny to see.

I tried to terminate the contract earlier, they would hold my apartment hostage without renting it out.

Stay away.

We stayed at one of their properties at Dubai Marina for two weeks. We arrived late at night and discovered some maintenance issues and missing kitchen essentials. They sent a crew first thing the next morning to resolve our concerns. We truly appreciate their responsiveness.

The unit itself has a magnificent full Marina view. We savored our meals in the balcony and enjoyed daily walks along the marina. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The metro, taxis, groceries, and restaurants are nearby. The beach is about a 20-minute walk. We'll definitely come back.

Everything was fine. Appartment was clean. Appliances were in a good working condition. I can recomend One Perfect Stay.
