Extremely poor service and failure to honour clear commitments
We informed the company more than a month in advance that we would be travelling with our one-year-old daughter and required a cot. We were explicitly told it would be provided.
Shortly before travelling, we were contacted with an explanation that a previous guest had broken a cot. We immediately confirmed that nothing had changed on our side and that a suitable cot was still essential. Once again, we were assured this would be arranged.
After arriving at 2:00 a.m., following approximately 20 hours of travel, we found a boxed, unassembled cot suitable only for much younger babies, completely inappropriate for a one-year-old. At that hour, with an exhausted child, this situation was extremely stressful.
After extensive communication, the final response was simply that they could not supply a suitable cot, despite repeated prior confirmations that they would.
Throughout the process, communication was poor and the service fell well short of what was promised. The mismatch between assurances given and what was actually delivered shows a lack of reliability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company, particularly to families travelling with young children.
