I hardly ever do reviews but after the outstanding experience with One Move estate agents, I just knew I had to take out the time to leave them positive feedback. I had contacted the agency to rent a flat and my two key contacts Jessal and Deshal were extremely efficient and professional through the entire process. Not only did they make me feel comfortable through the flat searching process, they understood my requirements and delivered results accordingly. They were both sensitive to my needs, updated me promptly and had great interpersonal and communication skills. This made my flat hunting experience, which can be stressful, calm and conclusive instead.

I had a 1 bedroom flat which I was struggling to let out due to covid. I contacted One Move and spoke to Deshal & Jessal who were both friendly and professional. I liked their hands-on approach, they advised me accordingly and got the property rented out within 1 week of them taking over.
