Horrible SERVICE! You DO NOT want to use their services. THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED. They created second case numbers on multiple cases due to their incompetence. They promise resolution and keep you on the phone for HOURS to get nothing resolved. OVER ALL THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER. You have been WARNED! Don't bother wasting your time. OnCall Legal is so much better.

When I encountered a problem trying to file some Probate documents, the person helping me out was so patient, knowledgeable, and fast! He fixed the issue right away and I was able to file the last-minute documents before the deadline. Excellent service.

Web site easy to use. Good reporting on progress. Good customer support on calls.

Quick, Simple & Practical

Fantastic service. One legal's perfect paperwork on process service is on the brink of beating my opposing counsel's bad faith trickery leading to perjured declaration. However, what happened next was One Legal's redundancy of service made me lose the case.

My daughter is an attorney and recommended One Legal as that is the firm her practice has used for years. The party served was cagey and avoided service the first 6 attempts. But One Legal's persistent server got it done the 7th time. They deserve my 5 star rating!!

Our company ordered 2 day service and uploaded our documents. One Legal had 12 days to make up to 5 attempts to serve. I checked our account every day and there were no updates. After 7 days I called. I was told that service had been attempted and Jeanne said she would "escalate" our order. 3 days later our account was updated. Service was attempted to the wrong address. I called and corrected the address. The Rep, Grace, contacted the process server while I was on hold. I was told that service would be attempted again. I reminded Grace that there are only 2 days left for this to get served. They did not make any other attempts at service. The phone reps were nice, but that doesn't matter a whole lot when the company doesn't do their job.

They got what I needed done in a timely fashion ,I was 350 miles away and needed my filing done immediately and served and they did it . Thank You Legal ONE could not have done it with out you ,.

Takes a month to post a payment, when they serve documents I often need to inquire as to where my proof of service is as it can take upwards of 5-7 days (they state 3) for it to be returned after they have completed it.

Great Customer service. Gave timely updates as to the status of my order.

One legal is a rip-off I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was directed by the county clerk's office to go under e-file tx.gov where I could amend a divorce decree free of charge and
unfortunately I end up with one legal. After countless emails and phone calls to one legal explaining in detail of what I was trying to accomplish I end up paying $50 for a document retrieval that was an error and they refuse to refund my card back not to mention I never even received any documents even if that's what I was trying to order. Once it was realized that the order place was indeed an error the order was to be cancelled the account was to be shut down and the card was to be removed from their site. Ms. Gonzalez was no help and she was very very rude. I'm out of $50 yet they told me that the order was on hold because they were unsure what I was trying to do even after continuous explaning and explaning I even called and asked for the phone calls to be reviewed as well as all of the emails that was sent out to Ms.Gonzalez at one legal nothing happened except a $50 charge

If you are trying to amend your case, you may need to FILE the proper paperwork. One Legal CAN file documents for you, but you would need to place a filing order. I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to do but the order you placed is for retrieval – to obtain documents only. This order is not to submit any paperwork to amend a case and we are not the court so we do not update dockets either

I have NEVER encountered a company that clearly see that if it appears a potential customer was clearly confused and not understanding exactly what was ordered and asked for guidance to be told basically it's your problem not ours deal with it

Filling was so easy. Very nice people. It is a lot less stressful then filling the documents yourself. Very affordable.

I've used One Legal for 15+ years; my only complaint is in the last year it has been hit or miss whether I get my documents back without having to call or email inquiring where my filed face pages are or my proofs of service. However, they are always quick to resolve any issue.
