One Legal gave me the status and capability necessary to fulfill my obligation of professionalism to compete on the legal battlefield.

Very good service; fast response.

I recently submitted 3 orders for retrieval and copying of 3 court files.

When I called back to change the orders to a rush status I was shocked to learn that you are unable to do a rush for document recovery orders. Besides being a Paralegal, I am also a Private Investigator and have done a lot of copying of court files all over the U.S. and Puerto Rico. I understand that if a file is closed and has been placed in archives, then it can sometimes take a little longer to obtain. However, those court files that are still on the shelf at a courthouse does not take that long to obtain and copy. Besides, the more difficult files can be charged accordingly. But to turn down an assignment because it is needed ASAP just doesn't make good business sense. The one file we needed quickly, I cancelled the order and went to Chattsworth to obtain myself the next morning. I arrived at 8:45 am and was back in the office (West LA) by 10:15 am. It was easy.

Don't get me wrong. . .I like you guys. . .but, I'm just saying. . .

If a problem doesn't arise while filing, you may be okay with this company. If a problem arises, good luck getting it resolved. I placed my order to file documents at 10:38 Friday morning. I heard nothing from OneLegal until Monday at 2:38, of course after their cut-off to file. Then when I tried to call I was the 17 person in line. Took 30 minutes.Next I was sent an email (told to "reply to all") to provide the new documents to be filed. The email was returned because one of the recipients mail box was full. Again I called and was 17 in line. Of course it did not get filed on Monday. Now it is Tuesday 10:15, no word from OneLegal had to again call their CS line. The only reason I give them two stars is because the several times I have had to call their CS line the representatives are awesome. That is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this company. And while they make you wait endlessly on hold they insult our intelligence by telling us over, and over, and over again that we should check online and maybe we can find our answer there. Like they think we would sit on hold for the 20-30 minutes it takes to get a CS person if we COULD find the answer online. At the very least they should stop insulting us when they force us to be on hold so long. I e-file with several companies and never wait on hold to talk with a CS rep for longer than 5 minutes. And in my search to find another company I have also discovered that they charge more than several other companies. With the bad experience with OneLegal I can only ask them "what do I have to lose by changing companies?" Nothing!

I needed to file a petition in a courthouse and was living out of state. One Legal made it possible for me to do this without flying down. They filed within 24 hours of my request and sent confirmation receipts. Great service; highly recommend.

Sent documents for a TRO motion at 7 in the morning. They said it would be served that day with a courtesy copy to chambers, and charged me for same day. More than 24 hours later, still no service to either location. I keep getting emails that a process server was assigned.

I ended up having to pay a second server to actually deliver. I would stay away from this company.

OneLegal filing platform is very user friendly and customer service is always very helpful!

Using One Legal made filing documents from my office super easy. Will continue to use their services.

They charge $60 for a paper which doesn't cost any filing fee. We pay more in their fees than actual court filing fee.

One Legal has made it really easy to get my court documents filed quickly, and when I've had an unusual problem and contacted them, they quickly make the problem go away. Very professional and always concerned about helping me with my questions.

Concierge service less than desirable. Needed to get a filing done due to statutory limits. Court rejected our first filing so we decided to use the concierge service. Stressed that we were about at the statute of limitations, but took several days and several calls and two concierge agents to get the filing done. Normally we have little issues for filings but this one was an exception.

Fast, good price, helpful. All this and more.

Once you can figure out the maze of screens, it all works great.
The biggest problem is the on-line court reasons for accepting or rejecting a filing. It gets easier with practice.
