Bought iPad from OneCheq on Trade Me and paid via Ping on 4/7. Emailed to ask for cost of overnight courier with no reply until 10/7 - with no acknowledgment of my last emails even though they’re still in the thread, they send through the tracking number with no info on the postal company used. I find it’s for Aramex but even as at 11/7 tracking says parcel wasn’t available for collection at 3pm today. Worried but hoping TM are able to do something considering it was over $1000. Now they claim parcel could’ve been picked up by a different company. Timely replies but full of excuses and no results. This seems to be a pattern for this business.

Edit: 28/7 Still no parcel, or refund. And now they are not responding to emails.

Never purchase an item from Onecheq! I have been in contact with their customer service every week to check on my items. This week they told me it's been dispatched when I contacted Aramex they said they came to pick up the items but Onecheq advised that Aramex that the parcel was not ready. They blatantly lied to me! I have asked them several times if I can just pick the items up they would not respond to my emails and just gave me a fake tracking number! It's been nearly a month since I bought the item! Such a scam

BUYER BEWARE! This business is a complete scam. I paid $1471 on the 26th May on TradeMe for an iphone 13 pro that I have not received. I was given a bogus tracking number and multiple excuses. I checked the tracking number every day and it never updated its status from "number allocated to parcel" They claimed it had been sent and then lost so they were "our of pocket" They then offered a refund and said it would take 7-10 business days. It's been 1 month and still no refund. I now have to go to my business banking team and the Disputes Tribunal. I don't know why they are allowed to trade on Trade Me. They should be banned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This company is dreadful to deal with. Takes your money and then no product turns up and they refuse to contact you. I purchased a clothes airer on Trade me on the 4th of May 2023 and nearly 2 months later it still hasn't turned up. They do not answer emails or make any attempt to sort the issue at all.
Under no circumstances deal with this company. You can completely disregard all the fake good reviews.
Further to the above, I read another review and found I could raise a dispute with Visa through my bank, which I did and they have returned my money, so happy ending, but completely destroyed Onecheq credibility.

And we sent 1 faulty controller back that came back as courier says no response from u and u are closed, can u give us right address to send faulty controller back please ,
We are still waiting on our pending stuff which is 2 ps4 console and 5 ps4 wireless controller , we have sent to many emails, getting no response thats why have to come here, please sort our order ASAP it’s been more than 6months .

So just leaving another review or update from my last review. To anyone who hasn’t bought from them yet, please don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews. based off my experience and all the other negative reviews I would imagine that 99% of them are fake positive reviews so please avoid buying from this company at all. For those of you who have already had problems either with faulty products or like my case no product arriving at all then please go straight to your bank if communication with onecheq fails and talk to your bank about opening a dispute claim against onecheq for the money. Make sure you have at least tried to contact onecheq first as most banks require proof of contact (or attempted contact) and there may be an off chance the onecheq will refund you ( although I highly doubt this). Glad to say that after 5 months bank was able to win the dispute and get back the $1300 which I really thought was gone. One hell of an ordeal but glad to have got the money back and hopefully this will help some of you who may be in the same boat that I was in.

I bought through their trade me and had delays in shipping and confusion with the tracking number as they sent me the wrong one.
My order needed constant follow up and the team was at times hard to communicate with.
in the end I got my package and it was a good price, I just wish there was more honest communication.

Battery cramped out within 2weeks ...now go pro won't start. And we I raro when we need it most....the whole reason we brought it. Pretty disappointing 😞

Do not use! Purchsed a total gym off trade me from them. Terrible customer service! Waited over a month (30 working days) & they kept making excuses why the total gym didnt arrive. Then said its because of a secondary supplier. Then to add to my worry I found loads of bad reviews & people trying to get there money back on other sites. We had a terible experience- Trader lied saying gym had been sent & sent a bogas tracking number. I checked with the courier service & this business hadn't sent anything through there courier company. Took a real fight, time & contacting trade me via there dusputes people to finally get a refund. Buyer beware!

Great customer service and response times were prompt to my questions as I was nervous purchasing online.
Headset turned up fully boxed and well packaged.
So far it's been a great hit in our household.

I bought an office chair for 344$ from them on Trade Me 1.5 weeks ago. The item should have been on its way within 5 days. Nothing happened in that timeframe so I followed up and contacted the seller. I got told via email that the item just has been dispatched. I checked the tracking link and all onecheq has done was creating a tracking number, the status hasn't changed since then. I can accept delays but I can't tolerate lies. This company truly reserves a 0 star rating.

They lied again in their negative feedback they gave me on TradeMe and I have full proof of that in writing. I will report that to the police.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Sent cracked phone advertised as A grade. Sent replacement that wouldnt charge. Said if i pay another $80 they would send a new upgraded model phone. Waited over 1 month never arrived. 6 weeks later a down grade phone arrived. I wanted full refund but in the end kept lower spec phone and they refunded $150. Didnt want phone as already got another cause whole thing took nearly 3 months to sort. Was worried i would end up with nothing as they had said they had fully refunded me but 10 days later nothing so kept phone

I was in the Market for a Motherboard and Decided to try and purchase it locally rather than via Amazon as always keen to support local businesses. I ordered an Asus B550i Motherboard that was listed as in stock.

Made the purchase on the 15th of jan, and asked to pick up that week. Support was very quick to reply but said it would take some time to organise a pickup time, I then asked if its ok to ship it to me instead? Support said no issues at all and provided me with a NZ Post number which was never updated.

Around this Time the Auckland floods happened and onecheq said that the motherboard was damaged by the floods? Not entirely sure how that happened considering that I was given a tracking number AFTER the floods. Regardless i asked for an ETA of the motherboard which they explained would be a couple of months. At this stage i requested a refund, which support said would be actioned, and to this day I still have not received it and have been forced to request a charge back via my bank, after I requested an update via onecheq that was never answered.

Overall I would never try this company again. I can see they have a successful trademe account, so obviously they can do legitimate business but in this case they have fallen far too short.

The only pro for this whole ordeal was that Support was relatively quick and helpful via email, but at the end of the day i am down $371 which I am starting to think i will never get back.

Product does not work. Dirty ass quality to begin with, but fair enough, least work right? As a scam artist this is an A+. This is why we don't support NZ businesses. Chur

Poor correspondance. Parcel never arrived.
Ordered a lego set for over $400 on 6th march.
After 7 days the company still hadn't made any steps to ship the order. The company only then decided to place a tracking order after a week once I have made a complaint. Waited another 7 days and the parcel still has not been collected by NZ post. Emailed the company once again on the 13th and this time they flat out ignore the emails. Waited for 2 days for a reply and they still havn't replied. Sent another email on the 15th through their customer service website and they reply within hours (I assume they didn't realise that I was the same person), but once I gave the order number they realised it was me and they resumed with ignoring my emails.

They don't even deserve 1 star.
Bought a present for our son for Christmas and it arrived late and without the correct controllers. We returned it immediately but it is nearly 3 months now since we bought it and we have had had terrible communication, been fed stories that don't add up and it is still not resolved.
Strongly advise not to buy anything from them.

Do not and I repeat do NOT buy from this “company” (struggle to call them that as they are not a real company and more of a scam than anything). Bought a product from them for $1300 and received the shipping confirmation and estimated arrival time (it said up to 10 days for larger packages so I was fine with this). All seemed normal until 3 weeks later when the package hadn’t shown up and not update from NZ post either. It has now been over 6 weeks and communication has been absolutely terrible. I’ve requested a refund which they said would be 5-7 working days…. Well that has been and gone and still no money in my account. So please for the sake of your own money DO NOT buy anything from them
