they were good until they weren’t

they were good until they weren’t. I find it very disappointing that even after a certain amount of ON TIME PAYMENTS ( 22 on time paymenys with $71 balance ) that you are not able to refinance and no one can ever tell you why, or when you will be able to refinance. it sucks that they just change the policy without notice to there customers, but if we were to miss a payment it would be a totally different story.

I'm not sure where to begin

I'm not sure where to begin. First thank you for giving me the opportunity to have a loan with your services. I currently have 2 product with OneBlinc. A loan $2000 and a salary advance. I have been ok with both up until now. The salary advance there's no issues with, but my concern the the loan where the balance is $405 and about 20 on time payments made but when asked about the ReFi option I'm shut done immediately. I ask about paying the balance and applying for another loan and to be told I have to wait 30+ days. I have had paid off 4-5 loans successfully. I'm proud of that and I prefer not to seek out other options.

I'm trying to get in contact with someone to ask questions as to why it seems as if my balance isn't moving. I pay $139 twice a month and it seems like the balance is at a stand still and it's very hard to speak to a person instead of a recording.

Well I had called and asked when was I…

Well I had called and asked when was I eligible to refinance my loan back in April. I asked can a supervisor call me and tell me, we'll someone sent me a email and told me I would be eligible May 23rd. May 23rd had past and the refinance button wasn't available yet, everytime I checked it still wasn't available. I sent a email to the customer email link and someone name joherm informed me that he would have his supervisor look into it, well he dud and the next day the refinance button was available for me. The process was very quick and smooth. Thank u Joherm so much for getting this taken care of for me.

Used to be good

I’ve had oneblinc for a while and was always able to refinance with them, but now all of a sudden things have changed and they not once notified their customers of any change being made. I have made 15 allotment payments and still can’t refinance and when you try to talk with anyone they all say the same thing, they can no longer view the account to see when you will be eligible to refinance. I don’t know what the problem is but it’s not professional to not keep your customers informed.

Can’t refinance after years of on time payments

I have been calling and calling with no response . I’ve been a member for several years . I’ve never missed a payment in this time . I have made over 25 on time payments to my installment. I am in a very serious emergency and I can’t refinance or speak to anyone at this time . They say the most important thing is to have on time payments and I have done so . So I am not understanding the process . I would love to speak to someone to help me in my serious time of need but I have been calling and emailing for weeks with no response or help
