I’d give -100 if I could!!! These people keep stealing my money EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!! I have to get made to get the 8.99 they steal from my account back!!! I cannot use the crappy app and yet they keep taking a membership fee for something that I cancelled 6 months ago!!!!!!
Weekly paycheck it sees for well over 500 and then it Denys me for 50! What a scam.
Went to settlement on my house on 1/22/25 Title company sent them a check to cover pay off remaining allotment loan then took additional allotment of $170 contact them since 1/31 keep telling me they didnt receive the check then when someone finally said they receive check it would take 60 days to clear even after all of that cancelled allotment really check covered the entire loan but yet they insist that it didnt reasoning for taking the additional money this company is horrible told several different versions of stories really glad i have no dealing with them wouldnt recommend them to anyone absolutely horrible company
Everything was going great with one blinc but ever since the update it says I'm no longer eligible what's up with that?? I'll be paying back my last advance and deleting my account!!!
Everything worked out I my behalf your advance might be different. Mine was exactly what I needed. The process was pretty simple. Just be patient. I’m really happy I was able to get an advance.
DON'T GET THIS THEY DON'T LET YOU REFINANCE NO MORE BUT TAKE THAT MONEY EVERY TWO WEEKS WILL NOT REDUCE YOUR PAYMENT SINCE THEY CAN'T DO REFINANCE NO MORE
It's a scam to get your information they have four questions at the end they'll make up why one of them doesn't fit their criteria now they have your banking information your social everything they need and they deny the cash advance for $50. SCAM

Horrible experience denied me for bank not supported but connected my bank account anyway. Then today it says my income is why I’m denied or not enough direct deposit history . Weekly paycheck over $600 and years with company. They are very misleading about the company qualification .They Deny middle class and tell you to wait 30 to reapply with the same exact salary and banking information.. so why should anyone try again to be rejected ..

I stayed on the phone for over an hour regarding my Blinc advance not working and no one picked up, I sent 7 emails,and I tried chat. I am not getting anywhere.One Blinc expects to take off work for customer service.

I’ve been with this company for around 4 years, held two loans with them. I believe they are probably crashing:going out of business. I originally got a loan, then was able to refinance it and was pleased. Now, they no longer refinance and I’ve heard they are not really giving out loans anymore, that the eligibility requirements have changed for their existing customers that have paid off loans and wanted to reapply for a new one.What they don’t realize is they are losing their loyal customers. The people paying down their loans are the people that will continue to pay. Be careful , as they may just put a ding on your credit score and refuse your loan anyways

I am a retired Federal employee, with 36 years of government service, and a current Oneblinc customer. I have had a few loans through oneblinc and am about to repay my current loan. I have had issues with my required allotment for over a year now, late posting to my account, always showing my payment past due, I was told in 2023 that it would be fixed but was told, by customer service, yesterday that they cannot fix it, and my 1st of September allotment wouldn't go into my account till the 13th of September. I was advised to cancel my allotment and pay online with my debit card, I explained that the allotment was my draw to Oneblinc, because I liked the convenience of knowing my payment would be there on time every month. I didnt know i could do that, but seems like a brilliant idea, so I will do that. I was also told that as of 1 Sept. 2024 Oneblinc will no longer accept new applications for loans or will not offer refinancing to current loans. I was told that this will be stated on oneblincs website, but it is not yet. We as consumers have a right to know we can trust companies and what they tell us. I encourage anyone reading this review to note the date posted and then look at any reviews posted after, to see if people post saying they are happy with they're new loan or refinanced loan that was approved. Then you, like me, Wil know if they are being truthful with they're communication with you. Because if not they will undoubtedly do that to you too. It may not happen but just see for yourself. This, unfortunately, has been my experience with Oneblinc. For a company that caters to Government employees, who just need a little help, now and then, it's so not right. Be very careful when deciding on Oneblinc for help. They were helpful in the past but not anymore.

My first refinance process didn’t go through and never head back on it on anything and I submitted necessary documents on time. Then I had to re apply to re finance after one 3 weeks and it was a long process and never heard anything back about for first refinance I did, was stressful enough waiting on a response and the call process is long wait times with no response on what happen to my refinance status. I was just told to wait and one Blinc didn’t know even when it was escalated for refinance completion.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and have never been late or missed payment. I always refinance after around 12 payments but this time I am 17 payments in and no one can tell me what the refinance qualifications that changed are or when I will be eligible. As a loyal customer this is frustrating especially when I have a great repayment history with this company . Also my daily balance is going up 3 or 4 dollars a day in between payments which doesnt seem right

I have been with this company for over 2 years. Never had an issue withe the refinance process ,now I made over 14 payments and I am unable to refinance. Never had a missed payment a it comes straight from my check. Not sure what is going on , but is not a help to the customers.

I’ve been a OneBlinc customer for a few years. The process is quick and easy and the terms are clear and easy to understand. I had to contact customer service through the online chat today and Sheila was able to quickly resolve my issue and provided the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I recommend them to everyone.
