Part two I spoke with customer service…

Part two I spoke with customer service they asked me to apply again and I was denied they said I can reapply in 60 days. Before my call I was already at 53 days till I can reapply after the call it put me back to 60 days and they still took out my allotment payment. I just don’t get it they gave me an allotment loan under the same financial situation I am still in today they gave me a chance and I came through for them and now it’s not good enough for them even though payment comes right out of my paycheck via allotment. What a joke of a company. They are trying to be like every other company not like the one that says bad credit doesn’t matter and good payment history matters the most I call bs. No loyalty at all.

Sheila assisted me on yesterday with…

Sheila assisted me on yesterday with uploading my docs bc I couldnt access my pay system bc we use PIV cards to login. I was able to send my docs via chat and she attached them for me. She also followed up the next day to make me aware of my loan status. Very professional, efficient and timely responses.. TY Sheila

Not a good experience

Last time I didn't have any problems and it was very quick and easy. This time it took 5 days. I was speaking with an unhelpful representative and I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. I called back and was told that a manager would call me and a manager never called me back. They kept declining my card that goes to my account and was trying to tell me that it didn't go to my account. A representative told me I could send a picture of my card through email and I told him that it wasn't safe to do that and he preceeded to try and tell me that it was. I'm very unhappy with my experience. I had to send an email of everything just to prove my account and card. I was finally approved after 5 days out of the blue, once I had given up.
