Easy to switch and great rates
I got a fantastic rate changing electricity to origin. I have an EV and can use the 8 cents per kilowatt feature for offpeak charging. Super easy to switch!

When the quote came to me without the loading on it was less than the nib health insurance for the same cover ,now the loading has been added it is now more expensive otherwise the process was easy

Could do better!
Being locked out of my quote and having to call to finalise a policy when I was ready, was a pain. This made the purchase process unnecessarily slow.
Otherwise the process was ok

Over charged.
I switched from tick travel insurance to you 2 or 3 trips ago. Only to find out tick was $100 cheaper for same policy & excess.
Not happy Jan.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the price difference you found.
At One Big Switch, our goal is to use group buying power to negotiate competitive deals and special offers for our members. However, because insurance premiums are highly individualized based on personal details, and because we do not market our offers as strictly the cheapest on the market, we always encourage our members to compare different insurers to ensure they are getting the best possible value for their specific needs.
Best regards,
Sam

Iyaaz was great
Iyaaz was great. He explained everything clearly and was very patient with me. I dont like doing arrangements online, but this occasion was quite good. I forgot the One Big Switch promo, but this has since been sorted. The price was still very good.
