Great Customer service

Great Customer service! Was able to get my code when I didn't find it. Just make sure you contact them through Whatsapp so that they respond faster! I appreciate the help and the Windows 11 Pro Key!

Perfect Customer Service

Had an issue with my account. Contacted the customer service and within 30 minutes, my account was reseted and i could login without any issue. I had to set a new email to recover my account in case of password forgot.

I'm adding here a sixth star too !

I'm adding here a sixth star too. The guys from OndaPro justified what they stated on the site - 24/7 support. From first contact and sending invoice, then invoice corrections, till installation assistance. Since we didn't solve problem via whatsapp, OndaPro guy remote connected to my notebook and was persistent, spent almost an hour and solved the problem. Bravo for relationship with a small client.

Service Beyond Expectation

Service beyond my expectation, considering that i am a vivid online shopper. I Like the fact that they responded to all my requests in a timely manner. They are indeed genuine, at first i had my reservations, but now i can comfortably say that if you are to buy any Microsoft product, please consider Ondapro.me. The discounted rates are a great reason not to look backwards
