Cela fait trois fois que je commande chez Ondacer et je suis plus que satisfaite. Sylvie est toujours de bons conseils et en plus elle parle français. Les produits sont de très bonne qualité et arrivent en parfait état. je recommande vivement ce site. Entreprise très très sérieuse.
D abord Ils ne parlent pas le francais contrairement a ce qu ils annoncent. Impossible de communiquer par tel.
J ai commence par saisir une commande sur internet puis je leur aai demande d ajouter des bullnose par mail.
Ils m ont renvoyé un bon de commande sur la base de ma commande internet initiale en y ajoutant les bullnose. En recoppiant ma commande initiale , ils ont inversé les quantités entre faïence et carrelage. Quand j ai recu ma commande, impossible de leur expliquer par tel et par mail Ils n ont jamais repondu a ma reclamation.
Par ailleurs les bullnose ne sont jamais arrives ils m ont dit qu ils seraient livres sous un mois mais apres deux mois ils m annoncent qu ils ne peuvent pllus en avoir. Comme J avais deja posé le carrelage, je ne peux pas terminer correctement mon chantier.
J'ai fait une commande sur ONDACER. Non seulement la commande est arrivée parfaitement et en plus lors d'une période qui est compliquée du aux vacances et le long week end du 15 août. Ils ont fait le nécessaire afin de me faire livrer juste avant que les vacances se terminent. Beau produit. Merci !
I did an order for tiles for 2 ensuite bathrooms. I ran out of tiles (12 short) and put in a new order. A month later tiles hadnt arrived. Emailed to be told we will refund you as we dont do small orders. I advised that I was ordering minimum amount 1m2 as I had run out of tiles to finish my job. Their website advises that they will do small orders if that is the case. Then told I would have to pay more for shipping. I already paid 50% of the order value a 105€ for shipping. They said they were worried about breakage. Original tiles didnt come with any protection between the tiles (in UK they use a soft silicon between each tile to avoid chips and breakage). In the large order there was breakage and chipping so I was happy if they were going to do a better job of packing to pay more. Paid an additional 20 for packaging. Then I was advised that the tiles I needed were out of stock. After waiting a month I had to pay more, follow them up, beg them to send them and then told that half of the order could not be fulfilled. Not great....
I am still waiting on their response to reimburse me for the items not shipped, for the shipping costs not used and a date for when the delivery will arrive.
I don't have a month to wait for things to come through. I have another 5 bathrooms to do and will really need to think about who I use for tiles in the future. Very disappointing!
