Unreliable, disingenuous. No information about delivery not being done due to illness until you pay! Delivery promised for 2-3 days has now been over 2 weeks! Yhry didn't even bother letting me know they had issues until I contacted them and they said "due to illness".
I foolishly ordered again, thinking I was supporting the company because the owner is sick, alas! I'm getting the same problems. Since beginning of January when I made the first order, I'm yet to receive it, talkless of the second order.

The jewellery sold here is flawless and unique! The diversity and representation provided by this family owned and run business is everything I could ask for.
In terms of service, could not fault them. Updated every meaningful step of the way and even a head of time if there are any issues whether with stock or, more often than not, Royal Mail.
