Yesterday was six weeks from when I placed an order for stacked bracelets and bangles for my wife. To date, ONE bangle has arrived. Messages to "customer service" have prompted two duplicate, probably AI-generated vanilla responses. I've placed several orders with them in the past and have never had this experience. My wife likes the style so I keep ordering for her but this experience might be the last.
I was initially frustrated and confused with the conditions of some of their sales/promotions but I think the company ultimately was very fair and the situation was resolved. I have to say the quality of the jewelry is very good, very beautiful. Designs are unique and cannot be duplicated. People will notice when you where this jewelry.

I have raised my rating to a four because after posting my review customer service kicked in and not only contacted me, but sent another pair of earrings that were more in line with what I was expecting. I ended up ordering two necklaces to give them a second chance. For some reason an old address popped up on the receipt but not on the confirmation before payment, nor on my credit card or PayPal. I sent an email and also messaged their site immediately and they did correct that within a couple days before the necklaces were sent out.
***Original Review:I ordered two sets of earrings and four charms. The jade earrings look like they picked up rocks and painted them the ugliest color green you could find. No sparkle, didn’t look anything like the photos they had online. Emailed the company and I’ve tried calling in. When you call you get a recording. As for emails, all I get is how busy they are Response emails. Absolutely no customer service, no callback, no resolution at all. I’ve sent in pictures so that they could see that I did not receive what I ordered. AFTER 3 WEEKS of trying to contact a person, I’m at the point of lodging a complaint with our state Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I will be lodging a complaint with my credit card company as a dispute. The only other thing I can do is put up reviews. Put up pictures of what I was supposed to get and what I did get so that people can see for themselves and not order from this company. It’s obvious that once you pay your money, they don’t care whether you like their product or get what you thought you were purchasing.

I would never purchase from them again - I had to pay $50 to get my package. So I am paying two times for shipping now. Once when I created and purchased the order and extra $50 now. What a losers!
