Omni helped me track and resolve my case with a payment plan. All the way through the process they explained the process clearly and followed through with it. Along with the resolution, they supported and treated you with respect. I felt the support, protection and the peace of mind in an unknown territory. Joe S and his team wes very knowledgeable and pleasant to worked with. I woukd recommend Omni for anyone looking for tax defense services.

Is not the fundamental question, when employing any service or product, would you repeat the exercise? I my case the answer is clear, "Yes!" The problem facing anyone when the IRS hovers above your neck is, assuming all appeals have been exhausted, one's ability to pay the tax or penalty demanded by the IRS. I do not know, but I suspect that the IRS has software in which they plug in all factors presented to them, and the computer determines how many monthly payments for how much money the victim can bear. In others words, subjectivity is pretty much gone. I would suspect that a given IRS agent responds to a honest, sincere representative better than to a representative that is less so. In this case, Dalton Jenkins of Omni served me very well.

Ryan Carroll and the entire team at Omni Financial team has gone above and beyond to help me resolve my IRS tax debt from an old company. The representative I spoke to was rude and kept trying to cut me off while I was trying to explain my case. They should make it plain on their website that they can only help you if you owe over $2500. In addition, the rep assumed he knew the answers instead of listening to me. He only offered “advice” for federal tax when I mentioned numerous times that I was calling about state income tax. Not a good business to trust if they don’t even listen to what you have to say.

The person was very rude and hang up in the middle of the call. Never calling you guys again. Customer service at the lowest...

Sheila was a GREAT help and so easy to work with, relieved ALOT of STRESS off my shoulders. I hope I don't ever need them again but if I do I KNOW WHOM I WILL CALL not Ghost Busters but OMNI FINANCIAL. They bust the Taxes.

coulnt have asked for any better. Our EA, Sheila Franks, from Omni-Financial was able to reduce our IRS debt from over $50k down to $7.06. In addition to reducing our debt to almost nothing, Omni-financial was very straight forward with us reguarding the proccess and time in which these things can take. i was also very impressed with their oversight and instructions in making sure everything was submitted properly so that nothing was left to chance.

Omni Financial has helped me pay- off major debt! They also helped me when my sister, who is a veteran, wasn’t able to get her teeth fixed through VA.
