Their knowledgeable staff totally eliminated the stress associated with communicating with the IRS directly. They prepared offers for the IRS and got an Installment Plan put into place which halted the IRS from taking more aggressive measures. They helped to release levies and to reduce penalties. They continue to closely monitor our standings with the IRS and keep us informed and up to date on the steps needed to keep our business operating smoothly. By sending reminders on current deadlines, they have helped us stay in compliance with the IRS while we continue to pay off our back tax debt. Annie Cole and Kaitlin Wickizer are always readily available for any questions or concerns I have and respond with patience and understanding on issues I am less knowledgeable about. I have had a positive experience working with Omni. They aren't cheap but have been extremely professional, kept me well informed and take their work serious. My experience with Omni was excellent. I tried getting in touch with the IRS to get in a payment plan for my back taxes for over a year with no success. Omni started making traction within the first month, facilitated and helped me through the process, and ultimately got me on an affordable payment arrangement. Saved me a lot of stress. I would recommend them to anyone having issues getting traction and answers from the IRS.

I was referred to Omni and Sean by a friend. They did not have to help me as it was really just a favor. Instead Sean and the whole team bent over backwards to help me. They went through all my paperwork and questions and did every thing they could to help me with my income tax issues. Retained Omni Financial to help out with some tax issues from an old business. Team Sheila Franks was very thorough and answered every single question or concern that I had. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process and knew everything that was being done to come to a satisfactory resolution. They did nothing that they promised, they only call and keep asking for more money. It put me in a worse spot then if I had not called them.

I’m Patrick I was shocked when IRS sent me a bill for about $109.000 at first I was a little hesitate to hire Omni cause of my trust issues after a long conversation with the team I’d decided to hire them, believe me that was one of the best move I have made in my live within the next day I received some very positive results I was so happy I was speechless the money they had charge to start the work was canceled according to them there was no reason to charge me for something so simple I’m so happy right now I feel like a very big load is off my back God put that team on my path to work with me for a reason. I was being bombarded with correspondence in the mail and calls regarding a TAX Matter that occurred many years ago. This was definitely a situation that was "out of my wheelhouse" of knowledge.

At first I was skeptical because I had chosen two other tax corporations to help me with my taxes and both of them just took my money and ran they didn't do anything for me except for put me in a non collectible status Omni financial and a matter of about five or six months had done more for me and that. Of time then both of those other two companies put together over the years that I have been paying these people so I'm actually went to work and got the job done they explain to me what would happen how would happen and it happened just exactly the way they say it and I received an offer I accepted offer made my payment and they got they got me taken care of.
