I am happy with the Omni Energy.
So far I am happy with the service. We had used many prepayment energy services last one year, it was so expensive and at last I switched to Omni energy which giving me reasonable rate.

We’ve been working hard on all things Smart and we are in the process of setting up our Smart Metering systems.
These are currently being reviewed and audited by the central Smart body, the Data Communications Company (DCC). Once they have completed their checks we expect to be installing Smart Meters from Q1 2021 and we will be installing SMETS2 Smart Meters. SMETS2 Smart Meters are the latest generation Smart meter and will allow you to switch between suppliers without losing any of your smart capabilities.
The majority of Smart meters installed to date that are operating in prepayment mode are the 1st generation Smart Meters, known as SMETS1. These SMETS1 meters are supported by individual suppliers which can mean that it is difficult for customers to switch to get the best prices.
So for now we'd recommend that customers sit tight until we can install the latest SMETS2 meter.

Great company with great customer service. Only criticism is on a prepayment meter with this company if you run into the emergency during the weekend it runs up a bill with no warning other that, which I understand could be managed better by myself, brilliant service

The point you raise about running up a bill with no warning during the weekend is our friendly credit functionality which makes sure your supply will not disconnect until 9am on Monday. This gives you enough time to top-up and buy more electricity from your preferred outlet.
