After switching to Omni Energy, I definitely didn't been expecting letter, after only been with them for 4 weeks, about price rise! Why on earth I have switched? Feeling lied and scammed.

Thanks for the review. At Omni, we're committed to pricing fairly and transparently. That's why our tariff reflects the true cost of energy, so customers know they are always on our best available deal. With our new tariff prices we are on average £86 below the price cap for a typical prepayment dual fuel customer (as set by Ofgem, the energy regulator). We also don't lock customers in so if you are unhappy with your new prices you can leave at any time without any exit fees.

I barely even notice that my money goes down on my meter! The rates are unbeatable, and that's from someone who will spend hours to save a few quid! Trust me!

I changed energy provider some time ago and I haven’t had any reason to regret so far (and hopefully never). Swift change over as they handled everything and much lower prices!

We only had to phone once about are gas mater coz the batterys ran out, and when we spoke to them they were really friendly and got someone out the same day within 3hrs of calling, so Happy we changed

Highly Recommended
I was cautious of switching to Omni with it having no reviews on Energy Saving Expert but I am glad I did. The customer service is excellent, its a speaking to the owner personable type customer service. Not a call centre. Their prices are excellent, especially being on a pre pay meter which usually gets a hard deal when it comes to tariffs. I can highly recommend this company.

The cheapest prepay tarriff I could find. I hate how prepay is so expensive but Omni are close to some of the prices of regular metered supplies. I've not had to have any dealings with Omni's customer services so wouldn't be able to comment on their service. There's about to be a price rise but at the moment they will still be the cheapest option for me.
