Omega PLC Recensioni 

I have had an Omega kitchen fitted about 20 months ago and it looks fabulous, lovely finish and well fitted by an independent kitchen installer. I have however recently noticed a blemish develop on one of the doors and the painted finish is starting to wear off on some of the others. Nothing serious but worrying about the future robustness of the units.
I contacted Omega directly and spoke to a very efficient and helpful lady called Amy. Amy has been brilliant, organised new doors to be sent and has put my mind at ease regarding these and any other problems that might occur. Whilst disappointed that I have had to raise these issues I have every confidence that they have been rectified.

Needed replacement doors, spoke to a very nice person called Amy who dealt with my problem curtuously.and efficiently. Details and photos sent and within days replacement doors arrived on my doorstep. Ten out of ten. Many thanks Amy.

Have had a technica stone kitchen for 12 years
ALL THE END PANELS HAVE LIFTED AND NEED
REPLACING. HAD SOME DONE 2 YEARS AGO BUT NOW THE REST ARE ALL LIFTING
BEWARE IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THE GLUE FOR THE PVC WRAP DOESN’T SEEM TO LAST

We recently had a kitchen & flooring fitted and we are absolutely thrilled and pleased with the workmanship, quality of the kitchen and work standards. John was very helpful from start to finish with giving advice on products and fitting of the kitchen. We cannot fault the white goods and these are of great quality but most of all saving money!

We highly recommend Omega Interior & Kitchens Ltd as the service of high quality and I would if in the future need a new kitchen, I would use Omega again. They beat on quality and price than the leading kitchen companies.

My name is Gillian Lawler and I wrote and posted a review on 23rd October 2019 with reference to my dealings with Omega kitchens. I really hoped that I would get some acknowledgement from the area manager James. But I have to say ‘nothing’ not even a whisper. How does this company continue to trade under such appalling business.

Warning poor quality equipment and appalling customer service!

I have over the last two years bought 4 expensive kicthen taps - the American style OPX557 Tap Flexio Semi-Professional Chrome unit for some barn renovations from Omega plc.
They are beautiful units but they fail during the first 12 months and the company does not want to know or help.
They were purchased through a large kitchen supply company from Omega and cost over £400 each.
The spray head device has seized up in 3 out of the 4 unit I bought and the last is now very stiff to use.
The company after a month has continually failed to take any notice or action.
I strongly suggest anyone using them or purchasing from them think twice as some their equipment is suspect and the customer service appalling!

Absolutely awful customer service, massive delays with delivery, we are missing several parts of our kitchen and I cannot for the life of me get hold of them on the phone. I have no idea when my kitchen will arrive having spent over £15,000 on a kitchen. Avoid like the plague.

This company so far have fitted a kitchen in a new home but have not sealed the sink properly so the work top has swollen due to water ingress. We reported via our builder. It took months for them to visit. Eventually they booked re fitting of the work tops. After they was replaced they left damaged plaster board and they have not fitted the sink properly. Now the Sink is not flush with the worktop and is raised on one side. Again we complained via the builder and there suggestion was to cover it up by applying white mastic around the sink. I said I didn’t want it covering up and the sink should be installed properly, however while I was at work they let themselves in using the site managers key and put white mastic around it anyway. Since then we have found a chip in the sink and are waiting to hear back about it being re-fitted, and we are still waiting to hear about wall repairs. Terrible service, poor workmanship. Do not use.
