It was our first order with Omakase. The support and attention we received from the beginning of the order process continued until the products were delivered. Our order was shipped on the promised date, complete and without any missing items. These are the basics that should always be in place. However, Omakase went above and beyond.
We had some urgent requests, and they responded immediately. Whenever we had a question, they provided detailed answers and truly understood our concerns, always helping us with care. Even after the delivery, they followed up to make sure everything arrived smoothly and asked how things were going.

Good service
I’ve been purchasing from them for a year now. Really happy with the stock they keep, it’s fresh always. They pack the parcel so perfectly that I almost never faced any issue with damaged parcel. Good service, fast shipping. Initially even I was slightly skeptical but now they’re one of my go to places for Japanese products.

I lost $70,000 because of them. If you live in the U.S. or Europe, you could face legal trouble if a customer sues you, or if you are caught importing the chemical sunscreens into your country.
