DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! 30 DAY MONEY BACK IS WORTHLESS, PAY FOR POSTAGE TO RETURN BACK TO CHINA, TRACKED. THATS MORE THAN THE GOODS COST. THEY WILL THEN DECIDE IF YOU CAN HAVE A REFUND. THEY OFFER 15% DISCOUNT AS A GOODWILL GESTURE, BUT THAT CREDIT NEVER GOES BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU QUERY IT ONLY TO BE TOLD TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. EVEN SHOWS A COPY OF REFUND WHICH I PRESUME IS FAKE. GOODS NOTHING LIKE ON ADVERT EITHER. THEN BOMBARDED WITH EMAILS TO PURCHASE OTHER GOODS. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Purchase from this company at your own peril, cannot get a refund for an undelivered purchase. Unable to make contact with this company as all email addresses and contact telephone numbers are obsolete. The contact form on their website continually...failed to deliver. Following this review a reply has been sent from company which is obviously automated as it asks to get in touch, my whole issue is I am unable get in touch.

It took an age to arrive and the first pair arrived and they broke within 20 minutes of wearing them. Do not buy 🤦‍♂️

Ordered two pair of trousers absolutely terrible totally different to what was advertised several emails sent to them to return these ,they refuse to give an return address . Absolutely terrible customer service yet another scam of a company. If I could give 0 stars I would . Have now gone to paypal to assist . Avoid any facebook advertisements they are usually a scam

Items arrived after 3 weeks if not longer. There is no way to return an item. I have sent email after email with no response what so ever. If I could give this company 0 stars then I would. They are NOT based in the UK. Just another cheap crap company from China. Do not order from them. I don't know how Facebook can let them advertise. They need to do more to get scam companies like this off the internet.

Shoddy poorly made shoes, with no realistic recourse on the alleged guarantee.
Absolute sharks, beware, totally disingenuous.

“I have already contacted your customer service several times and provided all the details regarding my order and the condition in which it was received. I have also explained that I am not satisfied with the solutions offered. I therefore do not believe it is reasonable to ask me to contact customer service again without providing a concrete solution.”

Another scam company that don’t deliver the goods. Tracking shipment is pointless as it always says on your way to be delivered. Don’t get conned by the adverts on social media and the obvious paid reviews and replies. Companies like this should be banned!

This is my second review for Olyndra London, You will see that my first one was reasonably positive. My second one is not!!
My original order for a couple of pairs of trainers was reasonably well executed. I knew not to expect quick delivery but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They were nice quality for the money (let’s appreciate that you get what you pay for!!) and so I went ahead and purchased same for my husband - which is where the problems started. It appeared that the delivery got as far as the local courier but that the door number was incorrect and so delivery was refused. So presumably the parcel was returned to sender. After that nothing. Although the regular offers kept coming (which I think I have now managed to stop)? no further response from the company, I wouldn’t call them crooks - they just don’t seem to have the backup to market what appears to be reasonable products. Shame.

Father fell for this scam via Facebook. The UK Government, Facebook, UK ISP's and Trading Standards are all accountable. They should work together to remove these unethical entities from the internet so no more vulnerable users are conned. The item will soon be shipped to Trading Standards. Hopefully they investigate.

I have emailed them many times with zero response, I will just have to claim against my credit card and hope for a refund.

As everyone else finds out they are not based in London or even the UK. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes after waiting over 2 weeks the postman stood at my door with a split bag from top to bottom, 2 pairs of shoes somehow made it the 3rd were lost somewhere between China and the UK, I had the option to refuse delivery or sort it out via the right channels, I elected to accept as I'd waited so long and to be fair the shoes are ok but fighting through to customer services is a different matter. After weeks of ignored emails I got of some dodgy picture with some bags of shoes by a computer keyboard as way of proof they had posted them their end. The flimsy bag and multiple people handling it from China flying to the uk going through Customs to arrive at my door took it's toll but instead of a gesture of sending me another pair out they choose to offer me 75% of another purchase of the shoes I'd already brought. Well no thank you, and dont even bother typing to contact customer services to sort it out as I have and you've done nothing to rectify the problem.
They obvisouly cant read either thus the reply

Actually zero they take youre money , nothing has ever arrived , they send you fake tracking saying shoes are delivered when they are not 5 weeks no shoes , no refund , paypal useless to get refund , complete scam do not use , awful customer services , based in China not UK like advertised , steer clear!

I like the shoes I ordered. Comfortable, reasonably priced and attractive color. I will order another pair soon

What ever you do avoid this company like the plague...the shorts I ordered came and I honestly thought it was April the 1st....they didn't even come close to what I had ordered should have been 38 waist they were more like 48 waist they went down to my shins in length the material was a cheap synthetic and awfull. The general quality was a total disgrace even the colour was wrong ....I'm trying for a full refund but I'm not optimistic as I can't get a return delivery Address. The general consensus is that they are a cheap Chinese import using a London advertisement. It should not be rocket science to send a parcel back and get a full refund I've done this in the past obviously from reputable companies if I could have given zero stars I would have done I've obviously made a bad choice on my online shopping on this occasion I suppose you live and Learn

Beware of FRAUDSTERS -

I ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived after 2 weeks. They were appalling in quality...cheap and nasty. I expected the normal free return for clothes etc but was told that I would have to pay for tracked postage to China ! More than the value of the shoes. After posting this review, I was contacted by Olyndra who confirmed all I have written. The worst online experience ever!

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid an extra £2.99 for 24 hour dispatch and was charged twice for 'parcel protection' another £4.78
Four days later I'm still waiting for my shoes and have been told that dispatch won't be for another couple of days.
Like previous reviewers, I was led to believe that the business is located in the UK, which it clearly isn't
I very very disappointed and feel like I've been ripped off.

Fabulous quality, fantastic customer services. Would highly recommend.
