Customer service was absolutely lovely. I got custome measurements and they made sure to reach out and confirm all my information before starting.
They also sent me pictures before it was shipped.

2 dresses, both great!
I tried on dresses in person in San Jose and they took my measurements there which was nice. I ordered one custom dress and one off the rack dress. Both were beautiful and I got update videos of them before they shipped. Between the video and the dress arriving was ~3 weeks. They were packaged nicely and the dresses arrived in perfect condition, plus they included garment bags so I could travel with the dresses without worrying about them getting dirty. The fit of the custom dress was absolutely perfect and I felt like a sparkly princess wearing it! The off the rack dress fit less well since my bust is smaller, but I just wore some bra inserts and didn't end up needing to get it tailored.

The dress wasn’t new it was in a good price I alter the dress a bit and it was not new it was used and they never said that in the specifications they have a good customer service but a little disappointed to be honest

BUYER BEWARE
FYI the response from the merchant is a blatant lie. I absolutely did not receive a refund. In fact, I asked to discuss the situation and received no response. I am even more disappointed than I was before that they would be this dishonest with the community rather than taking accountability for the flaw in the return policy.
BUYER BEWARE! I reached out to customer support to confirm return policy before ordering a dress. I live in a small
town without many in person options and have never tried on a wedding dress so I wanted to be sure I could return if it wasn’t the right style on me.To be clear, the dress I ordered was ready to ship and in stock, NOT custom. I received the dress, tried it on, took it off immediately and reached out to initiate the return. The dress was in my possession for 24 hours.
Fast forward two weeks and I get an email saying my return was reject because they can tell the dress was “worn” before I returned it. Apparently trying the garment on disqualifies you from making a return.
Very, very disappointing and misleading return policy.

Horrible Experience
I put in my measurements and the dress was huge. It took 2 months for them to process the return which was super inconvenient as it was very expensive. Will not order from them again.

Good not great
Communication with OB was extremely slow and painful. There were various typos in their responses which was not very professional. It also took a long time to get refunded after returning the item. Lastly, not being able to track a shipment was not ideal. I had no idea when my item was going to arrive, which is not good when you’re trying to prepare for your wedding. I honestly thought this website/company might have been a scam website, but turns out it’s legit (??).

I followed the sizing instructions and consulted with a representative on the size to order. The dress was quite large on me and had to be altered.

Perfect experience
The customer service & great & made sure I ordered the correct size for my dress. when the dress arrive it was in perfect condition & fit like a glove. the only alterations needed was some hemming due to only being 5'2"

Worth It
Anastasia was great to work with, and the finished product was gorgeous. The wedding dress was so well made, my family couldn’t believe I got it online! Since I used their Try-at-Home feature, I was able to get a good sense of which of the dresses fit my body type best. I also opted for the customized measurements options, which meant the dress fit like a glove. I was so excited when I tried on the finished dress for the first time! And every time after then. If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to go for it.

Loveeeee my dress

Gown for my Bridal Shower
I bought a gown for my bridal shower and I was obsessed with it!!! The material felt super expensive, loved that my dress had pockets, didn’t wrinkle when i sat down despite it being satin and i got so many compliments!
