I had the best customer support! When I ordered the dress in my size (on sale), they sent me an email saying that the size I bought was sold out. But because it was their fault, they said they will make the same dress in my size and send it to me for the same “sale” price💖 the dress was PERFECT!!! I had so much fun in it✨

The dress was made and fit perfectly. The sparkles on the skirt and detailed rhinestone bodice stole the show! I received so many compliments!

It took a long time for the payment system to work but the customer service team worked hard to make it right. They do take a long time to custom order so plan accordingly. The dress I received was slightly different than the one on the site, the tulle was very very poofy compared to the natural look in the images. I had the tulle fixed and love the dress. The dress was good quality and breathtaking. Pros and cons for sure. I would order from here again but I’d do it a couple months prior to my event.

they don’t know how to size up on plus size people! materials felt cheap! delivery was late! communication was iffy!

Ordered my wedding dress in February for my May wedding. It was a rush job but got in on time. I dis the custom measurements and my dress fit perfectly!!! I got the Monroe Dress in Nude, it was exceptional! Im giving it to my niece for her senior prom! I had great communication the entire process with Alyona throughout. She was wonderful. I highly recommend Olivia Bottega. Just remember if you have a more intricate dress than I did, its not going to be ready in 2 weeks! These are hand made and take time! Plan for 4 to 6 months would be a safe bet I'd say!

My dress was beautiful!! It was exactly what I wanted. The ordering experience was great and they kept me updated on the progress the whole way. All of my questions were answered promptly and they even questioned a measurement I provided (it was wrong) and wanted me to double check. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Olivia Bottega have been absolutely amazing. I was desperate for one of their dresses but live in the UK (nowhere near any of their retailers). I reached out to Alyona and the team to see if there was another way I could buy it. They custom made my dream dress to my exact sizing, kept in touch during the process, and delivered it ahead of schedule. I am so so happy with it and couldn't be more impressed with them.
