The dress is pretty but I am very unhappy with it. Money wasted and customer service can't help. They tell you how to lace up the dress. That's it. It's literally for my wedding and I'm stuck without using it.

I had my dress custom-sized with Olivia Bottega. Delivery was a little faster than stated on their website. The quality of my wedding dress was superb. I got a lot of compliments from the guests for how well-made the dress was.

My dream wedding dress!
I ordered the Mikado Wedding Dress Chloe with Front Slit - custom size, add pockets, and 1 button bustle. It took about 4 months to get it delivered, so if you would like to order custom dress from them, make sure to order it ahead of time.
Once I placed an order, their team reached out to me to confirm my measurements and customization (added pockets and 1 button bustle). They also double checked with me that I took the measurements with shoes/high heels which I am planning to wear during my wedding day. After I confirmed my measurements, it took about 3 months until I heard back from them. They sent me videos of the dress. I confirmed that everything looks great and then it took about a month to get it delivered. The dress was packed in a medium size box (I was actually surprised that the dress fitted in there), however they packed it very nicely and they added also protective dress bag with zipper that I can use for dress storage/traveling.
I tried the dress and I was very pleased that it fits just right! I do not need any additional alternations (which can be very expensive...) - this was my main reason why I wanted to buy a custom sized dress. The length of the dress is just right. The lace up back is awesome since I have plenty of flexibility to adjust it based on how I want (make it looser or tighter). The material feels really nice, it is thick and it has expensive feel. The dress is not too heavy, so I am not too worried about sliding it down during dancing, etc. (my dress does not have straps). In my opinion, even if it would be heavier, the boning of the corset would keep it in place.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and their customer service. I highly recommend Olivia Bottega's custom wedding dresses.

I ordered a dress 90 days ago. The company was not able to send out the dress, because of some defects. 90 days later, I am still waiting for my refund, and the company cannot tell me when I can expect this. It is unacceptable to take this long to refund money for a dress that was never send out, especially given the dress prices.

Both are Beautiful
I wanted a crazy princess dress and a reception dress. At first I was going to get the ones with the detachable skirt but I loved the different looks I could choose from. The dresses were beautiful and well-made. I got both dresses custom-made and it was worth it since there wasn't a price difference and it fits my body well. I would recommend knowing what type/shape of dress looks good on you before buying since custom ones are not refundable.
I left out a star because even though I like my reception dress, it wasn't customized perfectly to my height.

Lousy return process
It ended up being ok, but the return policy is confusing and misleading. The main page says 14 days, but deeper, when you actually go into the instructions, it says the return needs to be requested within 7 days, which is ridiculous. On top of that, I never got any sort of confirmation email that they received my return, and it took two months to get refunded back to the credit card. For the cost of the dress and the cost of the restocking fee, I expect this process to be way more straightforward and transparent.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. If anything goes wrong, they do not respond.
I ordered a custom dress with a 9 week timeline (still paid for a rush) and confirmed my measurements and timeline with the bridal consultant before proceeding with the purchase. Four weeks after placing my order, I reached out for a status update and was assured everything was on track.
A week later, I was suddenly informed that my dress could not be shipped, and they had no estimated arrival date. Instead, they suggested I buy another dress from their premade inventory. After multiple back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to send me a replacement dress at no additional cost. I selected a new dress, confirmed it with the bridal consultant, and was told they would check their inventory and ship it.
Since that last email, I have heard nothing. No updates, no responses—nothing. Their phone lines and online chat are either disconnected or they don't answer. I have emailed every single day and still have no dress. I am now out over $1,000 with nothing to show for it.
The customer service is so poor that this company feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and go to an actual bridal shop that will support you if something goes wrong. This experience has completely ruined a part of my wedding journey—I just wanted to have a dress I love, and instead, I’ve been left with frustration and disappointment while still footing the bill for a dress that I'll never get.

I ordered the 2 in 1 Sparkly Wedding Dress Tirion, and a family member later told me that when I appeared at the end of the aisle on my wedding day, there were many audible gasps, and they were because of the dress. I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful I felt in this dress. It was nothing short of a dream come true, and I truly believe it was the perfect embodiment of elegance, glamour, and sophistication, not to mention it fit perfectly with the Art-Deco vibes of my wedding. I custom-ordered, and it fit almost perfectly, I brought it to the tailor only to add a bustle. I couldn’t have asked for a better combination of vintage charm and modern sophistication. I loved the clean lines and elegant silhouette of the gown, but also the opulent touch from the glitter detail, and I definitely sparkled all night. I am beyond grateful for how this dress became such a focal point of the entire day, and it was my perfect fit for the occasion.

I purchased a sample dress for…
I purchased a sample dress for $3,321.00. After looking at all the details of the dress and going back and forth with one of their sales assistants via email, I finally purchased the sample dress 1 month after I initially found it. I returned the sample dress 2 days after I received it and waited over 3 weeks to receive my refund, and they only refunded me $1500. Their website and the sales assistant that I spoke with clearly said that they have a $60 restocking fee. I returned the dress unworn and in its original boxing per their return stipulations. I have no idea where the rest of my money is. I am currently disputing the theft of my money with my credit card. This company is a shady company. Do not do business with them. I now have only 3 months to find another wedding dress. They have wasted my time and are attempting to steal my money.

I have now received a full refund from the company in less than 1 week from the incident. I appreciate their prompt response and refunding me in full, however, I think the communication regarding the refund process was really abysmal. I was told that they planned on refunding me in 2 parts AFTER the fact. If this was the plan all along, someone should have reached out to me before I received a partial refund to inform me of this. Unfortunately, although I initially found my dress from Olivia Bottega, this experience has soured my opinion of the company and I am now going to find another dress elsewhere.

The process of ordering my dress was very easy, I was a little scared at first that I would not get my dress on time for my wedding since I waited almost at the end to order it. But I was able to pay for the rush fee and got it exactly the day they told me my order would arrive.
My dress came out perfectly made for me. It fit like a glove , it is beautiful and forever a memories of my wedding. Everyone was in awe of my dress and how beautiful it was. Got so many compliments.
