Do not order from this scam company. Unfortunately I did not look at reviewers before ordering. Their adverts and website looked great as did the dress I purchased. When it arrived after 3 weeks of waiting it was the worse quality item I have seen. Then you find out it will cost more to send back to China when you thought you were dealing with a London company. Totally unacceptable. Would give no stars if I could.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company does not make it transparent when you order that should you wish to return goods, they need to be sent to China at your own expense, recommended to be tracked (expensive) and that they won’t be collected for so long that they are then shipped back! It’s clearly a common issue judging by the other reviews. What a disgraceful way to conduct business. Avoid unless you have money to throw away.

I now read all the terrible experiences of everybody from this ghastly company all Harrison. I knew it wasn’t in London and when saw the address of the Netherlands on their website and tried to call the line which is fake I realise that of course they are based in China and they are a fake company. Too late as I had ordered a pair of boots €65. Of course when they arrived, they were complete crap and unlike the photo. When you contact customer service the A I BOT is called Sophie and sends you an address in China and asks you to pay for the £25 postage. They said they would give a full refund and like an idiot I did send the boots and seven months later, the boots have come back to me - refused. The whole thing is a scam and every single email is AI generated there is nobody there at all. I started writing to - dear AI Sophie and telling them that they were a Chinese fraud scamming bunch of thieves and soon the emails stopped. This company is completely fake.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company, not UK based, and very bad to deal with. And the companies like Pinterest that are allowing them to use their shop window should take responsibility. Items nothing like the web site, sizes wrong, delayed delivery and try returning and getting a refund. First email yes no problem, we offer you 10% refund, then a 15% and then a 20%.. NO.. No..No.. then you have to ship to a China address at your cost and warning it may not arrive, or it may be damaged in transit or never leave the UK. Nonsense and £154 later nothing I would wear if it fit.

Disgusting robbing company!! Don’t order from these scammers. Been waiting on a refund since January and constantly getting fobbed off. I sent the pathetic coat back that cost me £90 and wasn’t worth a fiver, sent it tracked delivery which cost over £20 to send and this shown this was delivered beginning of January. They keep saying they’re investigating it even though I’ve sent proof of delivery and still the cheating scum are now just ignoring my emails. Save yourselves the stress and money of trying to get your money back for cheap shitty quality clothing!! They are not a uk company they are based in china its all a massive scam!!

Hong Kong based scam, fake website claiming to have a shop in London and head office based in the Netherlands.
Ordered item seen on Pinterest when short of time to do due diligence, my mistake, please don't make the same mistake, and I had missed that they don't have a return address on the website - BIG RED FLAG.
I noticed the name on credit card payment was different to the company name currently being used and highlighted Hong Kong based.
4 emails to the support email address - avoidant of refund, offering 10% and referencing expensive postage, difficulties delivering to return address, expense of tracking, set up second part of scam not to pay refund. They even stated concern for the environment and air mails returning the item, an ironic element considering they ship half way around the world without concern. and claim to be based in Europe. After 4 days delay they eventually provided a return address that doesn't exist on Hong Kong map or searches of address, ensuring they don't have to pay any refund. What does show up in the search is Europe wide reports of people being ripped off by misleading scam websites, and people throwing more money paying return postage and still no refund being paid.
As stated in previous reviews, appalling quality clothing, item looks nothing like the photograph in colour, fabric or design details, item delivered late 20 days after order, website stated 4-9 days delivery - complete rip off and expensive mistake to fall for this scam.
Lesson learnt, now just looking to highlight dodgy fraud and reduce the number of people being ripped off.
Same outfit has just appeared on Amazon at a third of the price I paid, it may be the same scammer using a different name, SOMOU, as they have changed name in the past.

I purchased a leather bag. Looked great when it arrived. Lasted 35 days before the lining split off completely. Customer service said it’s over 30 days (44 by the time I emailed them) and so cannot be exchanged. Which is not in the spirit of the CC act but I don’t have energy for all that. I do have the time though to leave a review, and I would never buy from them again or recommend them on basis of this experience.

Everything went wrong!
Ordered 2 dresses and after much chasing ended up with what looked like 2 nightdresses! Spent ages to and fro trying to arrange return to CHINA to a Tax free zone . Eventually they agreed to return and I spent £20 to return to address and contact name. Eventually they admitted they'd received goods. Again eventually after they had contacted parent company in Netherlands they sent an email from Netherlads saying they would send full refund. They didn't of course. Contacted my Bank who have returned my money and are now fighting to get it back from Bennetrs in Manchester!
This has taken two months. Don't be tempted!

Simply DO NOT BUY from this dreadful company, like many other people have said - they are based in China, the quality of the clothing is awful !
I made the mistake of buying a dress last December, I requested a refund immediately , they offered 10% reduction and keep the dress, I refused, they offered 20%, I refused, sent the dress back following all of their instructions meticulously- I then received a message in January to say it was ‘held at Chinese customs’ - despite numerous emails to the company they did NOTHING to help - I finally received the dress back to my address 6 months later stating ‘REFUSED’ - the Company still have my money and refuse to answer any emails 🤬

despite the name and company address, they are not based in London or the Netherlands, returns have to be sent to china at a ridiculously high cost.
The dress does not look like the website, colour and quality are more Shein.

Took 3.5 weeks to come thought it was London. It arrived in a bag like it came from shein. Material is see through no tags and stitching and hem line is worse than a first attempt in a sewing class at school. They point blank refuse returns or refund and offer discount off another order . Fool me once ! They said it would get lost at customs if I pay for return to sender .

I WISH I READ REVIEWS. THE SHOP IS A FRAUD.
I ordered a dress thinking the shop was London based. The dress took weeks to arrive and once I received the parcel, I wrote to customer service to tell them that I did not want the dress and wanted to return for a refund ( the dress looks nothing like the picture, is of cheap quality,unwearable). Since 2nd June, they have taken me round in circles and never sent the shipping address. I have written several emails requesting for the return address, most of which have gone unanswered. When I wrote again yesterday, the lady had the audacity to tell me that my return window had passed. I will report to the bank but I hope this shop can be flagged and shut. Its a rip off. FYI the dress was a whooping £56.95

I've never in my life experienced such a shoddy, disappointing, unethical company in my life. How people are still buying from them I really do not know. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from Oliver Harrison 'London' I just hope that people read these reviews before buying from this company, all you do is waste time and of course money. I have given up on ever receiving my refund. And I've given up on hearing from them. Do yourself a favour DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A SECOND GLANCE.

Use your credit card if you make the mistake of purchasing anything from this sweat shop outlet based in Hong Kong, because you’ll need your bank’s help to get a refund for the tatt they send you which isn’t anything like their website describes. They don’t willingly give a refund but you’re going to want one, trust me. My bank had to step in and it took two months to get a my money back.

They take pictures of the original and do a ripoff copy. Keep your money in your bank

Quality of suit was crap. I received confirmation that the company would reimburse my posting fee as the suit was Not as described.
I posted items to them at china and parcel was held up in customs for over a month I’m guessing that the company didn’t except the parcel?? Luckily I got insurance on posting. Royal Mail did refund me.

Agree with reviews & wish I had read in advance - terrible company! Didn't have what I had ordered - no option for refund only credit note & truly patronizing customer service. Complete disregard for distance selling regulations.....scammers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The picture looked great, the quality was appaling. Huge costs to return or a £10 refund! OBVIOUSLY JUST WANTING TO RAKE MONEY IN WITHOUT ANY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER!

I order a dress four wwwka ago and it’s just turnt up the dress is nothing like the picture.

I ask for a refund the cheeky people told me about giving me 10 per cent back of a dress that’s nothing like the picture. I’m taking this as a scam people do not order from these people they are not the original company it’s a cheap company from china knocking of Oliver Harrison shop. Do not order from this company.
