On their own accord he sent letters which should have been approved. It is a duty to follow a moral code and work in your client's best interest. He did not.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Oliver Fisher Solicitors, from the very first moment I walked into their firm, they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. They have assisted me with three separate requests over the last few months, which all required three different sets of skills from various staff within the business. However, irrespective of whom I had dealings with at Oliver Fisher, they were always nothing but informative and proactive. In fact, unlike many other businesses equally affected by staff shortages during the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic, they did not use this as an excuse, not to always be available for their clients. Based upon my experiences, I would recommend Oliver Fisher Solicitors to anyone. Finally, I would like to say a special thank you to their Senior Partner, Russell Conway who epitomises what the firm stands for and who also, clearly strives for and understands the need for exceptional customer service, always!
