I found a flat for rent with Oliver Burn Clapham and in almost three years I had no issues.
Louise has always been very professional and helpful, the dialogue is always quick and the whole team has always been available, really excellent service so far.

I've been with Oliver Burn for over a year now, and they fully manage my flat. From the beginning I could tell they were an upfront and honest organisation, and they have never disappointed.
Louise and her team in the Clapham office have been fantastic, looking after my tenants without all the hidden costs you get with other Estate Agents.
Great first year and looking forward to many more!

I've only been renting with Oliver Burns for a few months but been pretty happy so far. Getting the papers done was fairly easy and smooth, and the handing over of the keys worked out without any issues as well.
If there are any issues or queries, the team is quick to respond and take action. Very friendly and helpful!

Tim C-P was very professional and superb in keeping a close eye on the process and "budging along" solicitors, during the sale of my Late Parents' house, as well as providing me with regular updates during the sale transaction. Viewings were conducted, with ample notice given to me, even though I was not living at the house and updates relayed to me, following each viewing.

Brilliant service. We had a really difficult time with a sale falling through and then a complicated chain. Ashley and the team were fantastic and without Ashley chasing and negotiating all up and down the chain I’m not sure the sale would have gone through. I can’t recommend them high enough.
