Ok vape is ok company
Ok vape is a very good company. But the courier they use to deliver are awful. When you contact ok vape to say you’re parcel has not been delivered and signed for by you they tell you to go and look for it and ask a possible 68 neighbours because the picture only shows someone feet no door number nothing. So very quick to charge for delivery but not so quick to investigate when there’s an issue, just back and forth emailing

After reviewing your case, I can confirm that our team has already been in touch with the delivery company. They have let you know that if the driver is able to revisit the address where your parcel was incorrectly delivered, your items could still arrive today. If this is not possible, we will make sure a replacement is sent out to you without delay.
Please accept our sincere apologies for initially requesting that you check with a neighbour. I completely understand how that may have seemed inappropriate, and it certainly was not our intention to cause any added stress.
My colleague was unaware of the number of flats in your building, but rest assured, your experience is being taken seriously.
We will closely monitor the recollection and delivery process, and if there are any further issues, we’ll organise a replacement parcel for you right away.
We are extremely sorry again that you have experienced this.

Excellence in Every way
I place an order, it's acknowledged, packed and sent out on the same day. I generally get it in two days. When I've had a problem, which isn't often. there's been a no quibble solution (replacements cartridges) immediately. The help staff I've communicated with have all been VERY helpful. And their multi-pack prices are the best I've found.

Excellent product
As a previous 10 Motives Customer, I was looking for a replacement brand after 10 Motives stopped manufacturing the range I used. I was contacted by Sara to ask if i would like to try the OkVapes 10 Motives equivalent range and I must say am very impressed. I was sent the 11mg and 16mg to try and honestly the taste is better, I've also reduced my nicotine from 16mg to 11mg which can only be a good thing. Another massive plus is that the OkVape 10 Motives equivalent range is also cheaper. I would highly recommend as the customer service is excellent and delivery is very quick.
