Excellent company
I've been buying my vapes and liquids from them for quite a while now, their liquids and vapes are really very good, with plenty of choice in taste and design of vape. I've tried many others but these excel in what they do, and theyve always been very efficient at dispatching the goods. The one time I had an issue it was resolved very quickly with no quibble.

Excellent customer service
I have used OK vape products for over 10 years. Today I recieved my order (Delivered next day as usual) with x2 items missing. ( 1st time this has happened) Contacted customer support via live chat, spoke with Ashley who apologised no questions asked, arranged delivery of missing items before I had chance to say I will accept a refund to save them postage. No problem, order cancelled and refund processed immediately. Notification received from bank in under a minute to say refund request accepted. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If only all businesses were this good.

Never let me down in 10 years
Next-day delivery which I wasn't expecting. Plus my favourite flavour, which no-one else offers - US Tobacco. As an ex-Marlboro smoker, it is really authentic.
