Excellent service - great quality - in person & online
Loved being able to look around the OKA store with excellent, friendly advice from the team there. I then went home, measured up and ordered online, having seen what I liked in the store.
Delivery was fast, well packaged. Item quality is great - a side table which looks lovely in my room. Will back back to order more accessories soon...

Went into the sunninghill store and had amazing service from all of the ladies there. I was looking to purchase new cushions for my sofas and they helped. When I needed an extra cushion they rang around stores to locate it for me and reserve. Thanks so much they look amazing.

Professional Service, excellent quality products in a relaxed environment.
Laura made us very welcome and advised us of various new products coming soon to the store. We were left to browse and ask any questions, without being harried at any time. Just as we like any browsing/buying experience. We have our eyes on a few items (and have shopped there many times before) that we will be back for. Thank you Laura and thank you Oka!

I have been buying from Oka for many…
I have been buying from Oka for many years. My home has so many pieces. To be totally honest I prefer the colours and styles some years ago. Far more ‘different’ items. Recently expensive and not so unique at all. I do buy still accessories and presents. What I do not like are the continual changing of prices. One day a certain price then 30% or 50% off. Then a week later back to the original price. It is confusing. … one senses the staff find it difficult . Return to the old Oka. Too many drab colours …. Too expensive for what it is. I would love the type of styles you had. I know many of my friends feel exactly the same.
