The products are what we wanted and are high quality, if a little expensive.
The service and advice is also good.

I love Oka
I love Oka. I love their products, and every time I have been in the Sunninghill store (and also the Marlow store) I have found the assistants to be very helpful and courteous.

A beautiful store
A beautiful store with lovely merchandise and very stylish and elegant displays. Lady’s were very friendly but left you to browse at leisure. Came away with a lovely and unique lamp which I’m pleased with.

Red wooden lamp base
Red wooden lamp base. Beautiful peace wasn’t sure which lump shade to add however staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Now I have a beautiful lamp and also a feature to look at.

The Silwood Road, Ascot branch staff have always been so helpful. They help the customer makes the right decision. Laura has helped us a few times and always been very good providing an excellent customer experience.

Delivery service
Was told by staff in the shop I would have help unpacking the heavy item. One man came and he willingly helped but he was instructed by his employer that it wasn’t his job. He did take away all the packages and was very pleasant.

I live in Windsor but don’t often go to…
I live in Windsor but don’t often go to Sunninghill and area so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out there is an OKA showroom so close to me. I visited to view a specific coffee table that I really liked on the website but wanted to see it before committing and I needed some new cushions too. The choice was excellent, such beautiful quality and fabrics ! Laura offered me support designing my living room and Andrea has been so helpful and knowledgeable giving me guidance on what would go best on my sofa with the ones I already have. Such an enjoyable shopping experience, thanks to both ladies, I will definitely be back!

Poor Customer Service
The shop itself is lovely and has some gorgeous pieces to choose from however, the customer service is poor. It really doesn't take much to smile at a customer and engage in a conversation. It wasn't because I went at a busy time, there was just myself and another couple who were just browsing at the time. I went to the Till and had to wait for someone to come to me despite ringing the bell. no one came so I then went to look for the customer service agent who made no apology, no smile, no comment or acknowledgment when I said, 'you've got some lovely pieces here'. No manners whatsoever!
